We were booked for two nights and only stayed for one.The only pros to this house are that it is large, on the beach and the kitchen is well stocked.The cons are that the photos that are shown are very old and the home is very worn, especially for the price that is being charged. It is also a duplex so you will be able to hear the people in the adjoining unit and there is no separation of the balconies. There is chipping paint on all the cabinets, the doors are rotting and the mattresses are worn out. It was only in the 70s when we stayed and the a/c couldn't cool the house sufficiently so I imagine it will be terrible in the summer. There were also a couple of roaches (not palmetto bugs). There is a beach access within feet of the home so people will be walking back and forth at all hours of the day and night.The worst part was that the rental company hired a crew to paint the decks of the other unit of this duplex on Saturday morning. They showed up around 7:30 and proceeded to yell at each other so loud that it woke us up. When I contacted the rental company to ask that they please stop yelling, they said they would try. It was very dismissive.The most annoying part was the excessive texting and emailing from this rental company. If you are planning on getting away from the day to day, think again! They are going to send multiple texts and emails. I wasn't going to leave a review but they keep insisting that I do so here it is!
