We realized upon arrival that we had actually stayed at this exact property a few years ago! The property was in excellent condition, much like it was when we stayed last time. Very clean and cozy! Great location with two swimming pools and a private beach access. We enjoy having the larger pool rather than staying directly on the beach with a small pool (or no pool at all). Plus, the walk to the beach is not very far and it’s a beautiful, private beach access.

The Condo was very nice and stocked well for users. However, the construction VRBO staff new this would be going on when we originally booked our trip. There is no way that this massive undertaking was a spur of the moment operation. Owners were well aware of the Assessment that would be charged to each owner for this improvement to the property. We should have been placed on another property back in May when we orgingealy rented the condo and if no other property was available, we would have the option to look on our own. Not the best vacation!

Felt like home

Easy check in and check out. Effortless communication. Condo and property were as pictured, gorgeous. Beach chairs and umbrella were saved for us as we flew into the area. Would have appreciated a few K cups provided. Other than that, it was perfect!

Family vacation

Room was clean and in great condition. It had everything that you could need. You do not need to bring a thing. Beautiful view. Even though the property is not directly on the beach, the walk is short. The property itself is well maintained.

Vacation For Four Adults

Loved the condo! Very clean, nicely decorated and furnished! Very comfortable for four adults. Great location and a short walk to both pools and ocean. Main pool could have had more lounge chairs though. The room supplied beach chairs were very nice. We’ll be back…from York, PA.

Lovely condo with one concern

First time at Destin and the beaches did not disappoint! The condo was just as described. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Close to shopping (Wal-Mart, Target, Winn Dixie) and many eateries. Pool was not heated, but very convenient to the condo. You could watch the pool from the balcony and see the Gulf just beyond. One concern, the complex is in the flight path for several planes daily. Anyone sensitive to sudden, loud noises would not be comfortable here.

Relaxing Getaway

This condo really felt like a home away from home. It was centrally located close to everything. I love the convenience of the beach along with a restaurant right behind the property. There was an issue with the signal of one tv and Compass sent someone immediately. The beds in both bedrroms slept like a dream and the comfortable was a-mazing. I will definitely be renting this place again when I return!

Great location and perfect for the beach

This is truly a lovely condo and facility. The photos and description are pretty accurate. It’s a 5 mins walk to your beach chairs from the condo & a 2-3 min walk to the pool. The building has multiple hotel luggage carriers to get everything from the car up to the room easily. The room itself has 2 backpack like beach chairs plus a few good beach toys for the kids. If you don’t want to take a bunch of beach stuff, you can reserve chairs & an umbrella daily for your entire stay. It’s $50/day from 9am-5pm & well worth the connivence if you’re flying or driving in with limited space. There’s also no real need for a wagon since we were able to carry everything to the beach with a single beach bag daily. I do recommend bringing beach towels as the unit only has white hotel like towels. There are plenty of the white ones to use but not very large for the beach. The primary shower does have very low water pressure washing my hair was difficult and a long process. The secondary bed wasn’t comfy but the primary was better. Both springy and could use an upgrade. The appliances were easy to use and very effective, especially the washer & dryer. Each room has their own tv with apps so you can log into your streaming accounts. Make sure you take all condiments, paper towels, toilet paper etc as they have zero food in the unit but has a starter pack of everything else. Publix is a great grocery just down the road that holds the rest. Overall we would stay here again.
