Incredible view

This was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach and the view was outstanding. The room was clean and very spacious. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay that is so close to the beach at an affordable price!

Could have been better

Noticed there was dust and dirt behind furniture when moving to plug in devices and under the beds when items would fall under them. There weren’t items like cooking spray to make food that would stick. We already had to go out and buy a box fan and more toilet paper because 4 rolls were not enough for 4 people for a week. We weren’t about to buy cooking spray too. We did use a beach chair but it would have been really nice if there was an umbrella and a few beach toys for guest use. We did love the amenities with the 3 pools, 2 hot tubs, and the tiki bar. The gulf balcony view was beautiful and spent many mornings watching the sun set out there.

The view!!! This condo is on the 18th floor so the view of the beach is amazing! This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Pelican Beach and it’s perfect for our family. It is in the middle of everything. We truly love the convenience of the beach being in steps away.

Great location!

This condo is a great location, great beach, and super caring and communicative owners!This was our second time staying there and we would book it 100 times again! Only recommendation would be a new bed in the master and shower head in the master bath! Otherwise wonderful!!

Quick Winter Get Away

The condo is exactly as described. The views of the Gulf from the balcony are absolutely breathtaking. It was the main reason why I chose this rental and it did not disappoint. Check in was easy. Host was responsive to texts when needed. The condo and the complex were clean, quiet and in the perfect location. I will most certainly be coming back to Destin and hopefully this rental!!

Pleasant stay

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Location is great, bed was comfortable. The toilet in the master bath would randomly "run" so we had to turn it off during the night. The condo is directly across from the elevators so noise could be a big issue as the master bedroom window is next to the hallway, however, we stayed mid-week so it was relatively quiet. We will probably stay here again.

Short getaway

Beautiful unit with amazing views of the beautiful beach. This was our 1st time in Destin almost everything was closed at the resort. Booked it because it was supposed to have everything you need at the resort. No Tikki bar was open, only one pool and jacuzzi were open as well.Would be nice to let people know that the restaurant is only open Mon,Wnd,and Friday.
