Terrible. Beware! We tried so hard to make the best of this place, as it was our only summer vacation. Refrigerator constantly leaks water on floor (front finish bubbled up, not a new problem), ice maker froze up, does not dispense ice. You can’t buy/store a bag of ice because water pours over and turns it into a solid block. kitchen faucet pours water at base and floods counter when turned on. We had to use 2 of the precious few bath towels to contain the flood everyday. There was only 1 kitchen towel provided. Keurig coffee maker was broken.Living room couch cushions stained/stinky. Had to cover with a sheet. Master bath ceiling and shower covered in visible black mold. Master bed linen was a flat sheet and an empty duvet cover, no blanket. No guests allowed in exercise facility, owners only. Internet was out for 2/4 days, Roku stick had no cord, so no smart TV option for when internet did work. Upon checkout was notified that 5 pool pass bands were missing and needed to pay 50 each for a total of 250 extra charge. Only my husband and I stayed at this property and we did not go to the pool, never used the bands. I found a link on Amazon, 6 for 500 of these bands, why would you need to reuse them? This seemed like a scam to charge an extra 250 per rental. When Realjoy called me about extra charges, I mentioned the above issues with the rental. The response was “we will look into it” no offer of reimbursement for the multiple failures during our stay
