Relaxing getaway

What a beautiful condo to share with family over Fall Break! This property is beautiful and close to anything you may need for your stay. The breathtaking beach views, and the pool were perfect to relax each day. Kori provides plenty of items to make you feel right at home while sharing their condo! Plenty of things to get you started for your vacation, and the in condo ice maker was such a nice addition to have to pack coolers each day. We dined out for dinner during our trip, but we cooked breakfast daily in the condo. The kitchen has plenty of items to cook elaborate meals, if needed. Check in was such a breeze, and we are already looking forward to a repeat visit!

First stay at Destin.

Property was exactly as described in listing. Beautiful condo, great view of the gulf from the balcony. Large stand alone ice maker is awesome along with the free beach service! Linens and beach towels was included and a nice burden we did not worry about. Check in was flawless and host checked to make sure we were doing good. Would absolutely stay at this location again.

Beautiful place to stay

We had a wonderful week at Destin! This condo is gorgeous! Very clean and well maintained. The view is the best! The owners thought of everything. The pictures are exact! The check in process was a breeze. We will be staying here again. Thank you for the beautiful hand painted canvas bag, love it.

We had an amazing stay in Destin. The condo was perfect !!! We have stayed in this unit before and I highly recommend it!! Lots of space, very clean, and had everything we needed. Excellent beach stay ! Very clean ! Lots of care was taken with this unit for guests to feel welcome . Ocean bedroom has a king bed that was very comfortable, which is important. Guest bedroom has the perfect setup :) We will definitely be returning to book this unit

The best!

This has been our 6th year at Sterling Sands and this unit is our favorite. The owners have thought of everything and we felt right at home. Everything from top to bottom was super clean and very nice! All beds were super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed and was well stocked. The stand alone ice maker was a huge bonus along with garage parking and complimentary beach service! The owner was so easy to work with and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!

We have never been to Destin before so I had no idea where to stay, etc. Fortunately, we LOVED this condo! it was spotlessly clean, felt very spacious, had an amazing view of the beach and was in a great location! We were no more than 10 min from anywhere we wanted to go. The proximity to parking/elevator/etc could not have been better. The beverage fridge was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well stocked. We spent a lot of time on the balcony in the mornings and late afternoons. The beach chairs/umbrella were really nice to have (note: if you want to rent additional chairs do it first thing in the morning because they run out). The beach never felt crowded, neither did the pool. The property was very clean and well maintained. The beach is amazing. Kori was very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. My husband wants to book this again next year! I highly recommend.

Lovely condo with a spectacular view

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo with an amazing ocean view. The property was very clean and so comfortable. Perfect Stay

My wife and I just spent a week at Kori’s wonderful condo in Destin. Kori was wonderful to work with….the condo was clean…well stocked….A/C worked great….bed was comfy…the view was spectacular….Augustine and the beach service crew were great! We can’t wait to come back!

I think you will love Destin

First of all I stay here every year but not in the same unit , the property is older but nice , I have had some problems in the past with the units not being clean and the elevator not working but this visit the only problem I had was that the covered parking space was really tight and unless everyone parks just right it is hard to get in and out of your car but this is no really big deal for me . Lets talk about the unit 313 is a nice unit , it is not perfect but it was nice and clean and the ice machine was a big plus. I always enjoy my visit even with any problems that I have with the property and if I do have an issue it is taken care of ASAP . I usually like to stay up on the 5th floor but I wouldn't have a problem staying in this unit again .

Wonderful stay!

This unit was perfect for our family. So well and beautifully appointed and it included everything we needed! The beds and furniture were very comfortable for our evenings watching the Olympics together and hanging out! Having the second bedroom with three beds was perfect for us with three teenagers. The kitchen included all that we needed and more. The beach and water were top notch as was the view from our balcony. So many conveniences with this unit. And communication with the owner was fantastic. Very responsive and helpful. A great week!

Awesome Unit!!

This was our third time staying at Sterling Sands and this unit has been our favorite! Upon arrival, the unit was very clean and the owner, very accommodating, checking in to make sure everything was ok. The condo is beautifully decorated and very beachy, not to mention well stocked with everything you need. We loved all the extras (smart TVs for streaming, ice machine, extra outlets for phones/devices, beach towels, beach service, and more). Great condo, great unit, great view, great beach!!! We hope to return again next year!!

Week in Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay. The condo was actually bigger than I expected, and was beautifully decorated and clean. Of course the best part was the view. Amazing. We were sad to leave!
