Leider war die Wohnung schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend einen neuen Anstrich. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig - es war aber alles vorhanden, so dass wir saugen und fegen konnten. Der Kontakt zur Agentur war leider nicht so gut - wir hatten Schwierigkeiten mit der Dusche und haben erst am zweiten Tag herausgefunden, wie sie funktioniert. Die vordere Herdplatte war ebenfalls defekt. Die Lage war traumhaft und ruhig. Die Wohnung hat ein Problem mit Feuchtigkeit Stockflecken an der Decke. Strand traumhaft schön…sonst fehlte es an nichts.

Can’t beat the view and location of the property. The host was easy to communicate with. The unit was clean but can use some updating. The skillets need replaced and stove could use some attention to cleanliness. It is a 8/10.

Great location. Not the cleanest. I spent the first day and a half cleaning. Opened the bedroom window to get some fresh air and the blinds are so old they are brittle and only one side will lift up and the screen is ripped open. Had to go buy cleaner to clean. My second picture is of the dresser with caked on dust/dirt. I cleaned up leftover vomit on bathroom wall. I will stay in the building again just not in 209A.

Everything was just as pictured, we had such a great family stay, we did need a few more blankets but we figured it out. Note to owner, the dryer wasn’t drying well, the dryer lint trap is on the back inside wall of the dryer, I finally found it and opened it up, there was so so much lint that the wire on the lint trap had melted in places, I vacuumed it out but might want to leave a note on dryer to change lint trap and where it’s located. Just to prevent future problems. The beach service was amazing and we would definitely stay again. Also need a few new skillets for cooking as the finish is coming off of the current cookware. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room and all of us enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Great place…needs updating

The property and location are fantastic. However, 209A could use some updating. It needs a new stove, shower curtain, put a tile shower in with no bath tub, updated bathrooms, and washer & dryer combo.It’s a great place, but it’s ready for some updating. The trim in the place is really dirty and kind of gross.

Great place to stay but a little outdated.

While the place itself is somewhat dated with old TVs, slow WiFi, and old tables and furniture, the entire place was clean and tidy with a great location for a comfortable stay. No issues and was great for a relaxing vacation. Loved the view from the room and the beach access.

Amazing view and location

Perfect place for my wife and me to vacation. Condo had everything we needed along with amazing views and location. Beautiful beach and the chairs and umbrella were a bonus.
