The Condo was perfect for our stay. We loved having easy access to a beautiful beach and a pool. It is very close to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The Condo is spacious and the beds were comfortable. It had everything we were looking for.

The room was very clean and exactly as advertised. We felt very safe with the gated access and getting to the beach couldn’t have been easier! Communication with Mike was easy and he was very helpful. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

We had an Amazing vacation! The condo was Huge, with plenty of room to move around. It is decorated so cute! With bright colors. It does need some rugs. The sand is a bit much. But overall I t was great! A short walk to the beach but a long walk to the pool….

Great location and facility. Great beach access and the included daily umbrella and chairs amenity was a plus. We'd stay there again. Negatives would be the bed linens could use replacing - some stains. There was an exposed outlet box in the kitchen with no cover plate and living room TV control instructions for the (3) remotes would have been handy. Overall a good experience, though.

Loved it!

Myself and my daughters absolutely loved this condo. It was right on the beach which made it more enjoyable. It was very clean and spacious. The host was very helpful when I had a question and got back to me almost immediately. I would 100% recommend this condo to everyone, specially if you are traveling with family. I look forward and cannot wait to stay here again!

Not that great

No starter toilet paper, had to unpack before we could even use the restroom since no toilet paper at all was provided. There were no blankets in the entire condo. The door code system would not work upon arrival and we had to wait outside then use and keep up with one key to enter and exit the room. Needs new mattresses. Not impressed And would not stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at condo. It was clean and have all amenities as mentioned, just walkable to beach and all other attractions within 2 mile.

Clean and comfortable beds

Nice Condo with easy access to the beach, clean and comfortable beds heated pool, nice kitchen with everything you need... Perfect for families! There was a lot of construction going on in the building, it was lacking in bathroom essentials bottles were almost empty, property required to put towels in the washer when checking out but no laundry detergent was provided. The security booth staff was very nice.

Quick getaway

The Condo Rental was Wonderful and working with the Property manager was super easy. Location to beach was great, however all the construction is more than we were expecting but it did not really bother us it’s just very disorganized. We used the stairs most of the time because only 1 elevator was working and the workers were always using it.

Not the worst I’ve stayed in but not the best either..

We enjoyed our time in Destin. However there were a few things that could be updated… the screen door was hanging on by one hinge, broken bathroom tile, the trim around the place could definitely use a touch up… nothing too major. The worst part I would have to say was the cockroaches that were the size of the palm of my hand that kept popping up in the bathroom… the construction was also more than expected. There were workers there working at 9 pm.. may consider staying again after everything is fixed and construction is over.

Relaxing 7 days at the beach for a family of 6!

We loved the location of this condo. It was perfect for our family of 6. We have 4 kids ages 6, 14, 17, & 22, and there was plenty to do in the area for all of us. The beach service every day was icing on the cake! There is construction happening, but it did not bother us at all. The beach and water were beautiful, and the area felt very safe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping working 1/2 mile radius. The staff we encountered were super friendly. The condo was better than the pictures showed. We loved our stay and hope to revisit.

Celebrating sons 8th birthday

We were very pleased with how easy the check in process was and the home owner communicated quickly with us when we had questions regarding anything. The condo we stayed in was up to date and nice. The access to the beach was extremely convenient. The only con about our stay was the fact that this property was going through renovations. I was not aware of this before I booked. Thankfully this condo was completed but it was not eye appealing seeing all the construction going on and having to go around barricades to get to our room from the beach. The renovations should be disclosed before booking. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful

This is a great place for the relaxing vacation! The beach is a minute from the condo! The pool is a great place to relax and have a calm break from the waves. We were able to walk to multiple breakfast places, ice cream shops, and coffee shops! We would definitely return if the opportunity comes and the construction is over. The owner was easy to communicate with and replied to any over our comments and questions is a timely fashion. If we had any concerns, they were quick to fix anything and replace anything that didn’t work.

Cute Condo by the Beach!

The owners of the property were amazing to work with! We had a few hiccups while there but the owners were always in communication with us the second we needed them! The beach was just a few steps from the Condo which was wonderful and the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts were amazing!! The only big hiccup we had was that all the buildings are being renovated (which I’m sure will be beautiful when completed) and it was very noisy and dusty (balcony was not useable due to the amount of dust coming from the work being done). Not sure if we would have stayed there if we had known. (We were told the night before we left). Other then that it was a cute place and again the communication was out of this world (very easy to work with)! Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Terrible

Condo is spacious with ocean view and close to the beach. However, we were not informed about the construction, the power scraping, the grinders, the dust. It started at 7:30am til 5pm. We could not converse or watch TV or sit on the balcony and the dust and debris were everywhere. We actually had to move out after 5 days. The second condo at Silver Dunes was exponentially better.

Spacious and close to the beach

We loved our rental. Bigger than the pictures made it seems. We had a few issues with construction outside and some remainders of construction in the condo. I assume they will all be resolved in the near future. It was a great stay near the beach. Beds were great!
