This was our third straight year staying in this property. We love so many things about it including the bonus beach service option! The beach is beautiful the view from the balcony is great! This condo has all of the amenities you could ask for!

We brought our daughter/son-in-law and two grandchildren. We stayed in end of December to beginning of January but the rate was more in line with what we could afford. A bit chilly but still so wonderful. Our kids/grandkids could not believe the view. Many laughs and memories made.

Perfect location! 2 bedrooms, both with panoramic views of the ocean and access to the balcony. This is an excellent rental for 2 couples. The rental was clean and tidy upon our arrival. The host was prompt with responses to our questions when we arrived. Pools and hot tub area is well maintained. Condo staff were welcoming and pleasant. This immediately became my favorite vacation location.

Best Little Get Away

Our room was as advertised and the view was spectacular!!!The condo had a nice clean home feeling and had everything we needed.Our host contacted us the day before about maintenance that would interfere with our balcony use (she had just received the email the evening before we were scheduled to leave), but offered a very satisfactory reduction if the balcony access was indeed interfered with or cancellation if desired. We were blessed with being able to use the balcony except for 1/2 of our last full day there before it was closed off for the building weather maintenance.Our host was very quick to answer and update any and all requests/questions. I would rent this very condo again!!! Her communications with the condo maintenance and any of our concerns were outstanding. Thnak you for making us feel at home and cared for 3

Perfect Get Away For Spring Break!

This was our second year at this amazing Condo and we hope to continue staying there again next year. Beautiful beach with umbrella and chair set up each morning, lovely view from the balcony, well furnished with all the conveniences you would ever need, inside garage parking, and the best pizza ever just across the street!! :)

This owner is by far the most detailed and thorough owner that we have stayed with and she is always quick to respond to questions. Escape some Iowa Winter in Destin!

Awesome location! Close to shopping and dining. So many things to do n this area. 6th floor has a perfect view of the Gulf of America. We will definitely consider coming back. Billie Jo was an amazing host. Answers your texts immediately.

View from the condo was the bright spot. Condo was well laid out and quite enjoyable. Furniture could be freshened up. Pillows and mattresses were very uncomfortable, time for them to be upgraded. Billie Jo was attentive and responded promptly. Again the view from condo was incredible.

Lovely property and location

The layout for perfect for us (2 friends)since it allowed separate but equal bedrooms and bathrooms. The “master” had a bigger bath and closet but both beds were kings. Easy access to pool and beach. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Bedding should be upgraded but otherwise nicely maintained.

Beautiful property , nicely decorated, very nice host. We really enjoyed the wonderful beach & property. The only negative comment is the floors were a little dirty and a couple burnt out light bulbs.

Beautiful condo

This is a great property for 2 couples! Two king-sized beds with separate access to the balcony. The living space was comfortable for visiting. The kitchen had everything we needed. My only constructive criticism is for the property to consider having more toilet paper and trash bags available, especially when the stay is for 5 days or more.

Beautiful Condo

This was our third year staying at this beautiful condo. We love beautiful views from both bedrooms. The condo is large and comfortable. The property is clean and well kept. Billie Jo is always so nice and easy to communicate with. We look forward to returning!
