We had a logistics issue that was all my issue, no fault of theirs. The property manager and owner went above and beyond to come up with a more than fair solution. Their customer service was outstanding. The property was excellent for my family of 4. This unit is literally 10 steps from the pool and just across the street from the beach - an easy walk. The beach service being included was awesome and made the beach time great! The neighbors in the other units were quiet. It seemed like mostly families staying there. The washer/dryer worked great. We had a fantastic stay and we would absolutely stay here again.

Everything was nice I only had two problems 1 it was a air filter left behind in the floor 2 whoever was upstairs was moving a chair around the floor all night and day long and I didn’t rest well but the location was good

Location was great, Third time renting with VRBO for the Chateau La Mer properties. Overall the unit was a little run down and in need of some serious TCL. Not sure we will continue to rent from this host. Otherwise good communication with the Host.

Chateau La Mer 11B

Convenient to beach, restaurants and shopping. Very spacious. You don’t feel crowded either inside and outside. Needs major upgrades and deep cleaning. Shows it’s age and usage. Several units in complex almost look abandoned.

Location, location, location

This condo is first floor and you can walk right out to the pool. The beach is just a short walk away. The condo is a little dated but the location makes it worth it. The second bedroom is very large with two full size beds and plenty of space left. The kitchen could use a better skillet and some steak knives but overall a very nice stay. I like that it has washer and dryer in the unit.

My family had a great stay. The location is excellent, directly across from the beach. The interior could use an update and a deep cleaning, but still clean and comfortable. The beach service made the stay well worth the price.

This is the second time we have stayed in the condo and the fifth time at chateau la mer. our only complaint is that the furniture upstairs was REALLY LOUD. recommend putting felt under the furniture upstairs. the guest upstairs stayed up late and it kept us awake.

Will BE BACK SOON!

Stayed with my husband, our adult son and our 9yr old Golden, Babe. Couldn't have asked for a better location right next to the pool and the fact that my pup felt right at home in the backyard, was great! I would suggest adding an additional frying pan to the unit. There was only 1 and it wasn't all that great. I also never found a blow dryer but since it was 100 degrees outside, it didn't bother me at all. I never needed it LOL We will be back with our pup as soon as possible ! Thank you!

Golf vacation

This was my second time of staying on the properties. Both times now the accommodations have been wonderful! Very convenient to the beach and other activities. Quite and clean properties. I would highly recommended them, and looking forward to booking there again.

Location is everything

Wasn’t like this place was newly remodeled or anything, it honestly a little run down and could use some tlc. Besides that however the location is great, back door goes right to the pool which is super convenient and it’s easy to walk right to the beach. Having beach chairs and an umbrella included with the stay was fantastic. The apartment was fairly spacious and the two rooms gave us our own space apart from the children. Generally a good place and we’ll probably stay here again.

Patio furniture could be improved and more comfortable. Broken blinds in front window. Dresser drawers fall out. Cabinets old and worn. Great layout. Great location. Love the walkability to local restaurants. Beach is gorgeous. Chair service is excellent. Thank you!
