The views and beach access were awesome. Being that close to a semi-private beach was perfect for the kids. The pool and hot tub were enough for what we needed. The location is about 5 minutes from downtown and all main restaurants. When we got to the unit there was a strong smell of Cajun food that lingered our entire trip. The property manager gave us a can of aerosol spray, but it did very little to mask or eliminate the smell. There was also a lack of enough items for the week. No shampoo was provided, and not enough toilet paper for a week’s stay. The property manager staff was cold towards us at times as well

Excellent place to stay! The condo was very clean, had great furniture, a lot of space, and perfect views. We loved the pool and the beach was absolutely perfect. One thing to note is the condo is on the 15th floor. It took us a day or two to get used to and we were fine, but if you don’t like heights you should keep this in mind.

Wonderful location and beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is nicely appointed and the views are instagram worthy! The weather was perfect while we were there and nothing beats Destin water!

Perfect Condo for a Family Vacation

Our Family of 6 decided to get away for the week of Thanksgiving. This condo & location was just what we needed. The beach was amazing, property was perfectly located and plenty to do. Will 100% recommend to friends & family. We will be back!

This was by far the best property yet! It was exactly as pictured online, with amazing views from the main bedroom, balcony and living room! Very comfortable spaces! Great parking, beach access and chairs on the beach. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stocked with towels, soap and trash bags. Will definitely book this property again!

This place was perfect. Super clean and prettier than the pictures even show! Stunning views. My husband and I stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary, and we will definitely be booking the same place to go back with our kids!

Good Location

This property was nice. Great views from the 15th floor balcony. The kitchen was well stocked. Our complaints concern the guest bedrooms. l)mattresses were very uncomfortable and need replacing. 2). Because of the shutters in the guest rooms and bright lights in the outside hallways, the bedrooms were lit up at night making it difficult to sleep.

Nice unit And view

The unit was nice and clean . Nice view . The laundry in one of the bedroom/ private bath was a disappointment. Very inconvenient for the other guest having to go thru their bedroom/bath. We had to put our food the first night in coolers as the refrigerator wouldn't cool down after 5 hours . We reported it . The adjoining condo played loud music till late hours the last 2 nights . Felt the condo was overpriced in comparisons to others we have stayed . We come to Destin every year

Beautiful Condo w Amazing Views!

This rental was amazing. From the condo floorplan and the cleanliness to the views and location. The beach was beautiful and clean. The checking in and out were very smooth and simple. Would have to have better understood that you still have to check in with the beach chair service people as soon as you get there. We were told that we had chairs and an umbrella reserved, but you have to request for it to be placed in the loop when you arrive. Other than that, it was amazing! Our whole family absolutley loved the condo and enjoyed our vacation very much!

Ready to book our next stay at this property!

This place was amazing and so perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for the six of us. The view was gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed. The only reason why I gave cleanliness 4 stars was because some of the dishes were dirty. I had to scrub stuck on food out of a pot before I was willing to use it. But honestly, I would not let that hold me back from staying here again. My family loved it and we had the best week ever!

Loved this vacation home!

This vacation home was roomy and beautifully decorated. The only thing I was disappointed about was the flooring was dirty when we arrived and was noticed due to our 9 month old crawling on the floor and his clothes were dirty from his army crawling on the floor. As the week went on the flooring became uncomfortable with no broom to sweep away sand under feet. Also think the sofa and recliners could use a steam cleaning as you could see the dirt on the light colors. This however was a housekeeping problem, the condo was lovely and the beach beautiful.
