Relax in our newly updated beachfront condo with panoramic ocean views! Our newly renovated kitchen has all new granite and kitchen cabinets as of November 2025. The entire condo was repainted in October 2025. This gorgeous peaceful green matches the entire condo motif.

This exquisite Beach Front condo is the perfect vacation getaway! Located on the ninth floor with breathtaking views of the beautiful turquoise blue green gulf and crystal white sand. Sitting on the balcony enjoying your morning coffee, you can watch and hear the waves of the ocean. It has such a beautiful view and sound.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to enjoy a quick snack or create a magnificent meal. We have two different coffee pots, regular drip and a keurig. We provide a starter set of four kcups, cream, and sugar. We also provide 4 trash bags, 2 to 4 dish washer pods, a dish rag, dish towel and potholders. The granite counter has a large breakfast bar with an expansive view of the emerald water which makes this kitchen exceptional.

This condo will exceed your expectations. It is decorated with upscale beach motif. The balcony overlooks the New Zero Entry Pool! With the phenomenal gulf view, you can see the dolphins playing in the ocean from the balcony when the water is calm.

Although this is a one bedroom unit, there are accommodations for six; a king bed in the master suite, with a gorgeous en-suite. We provide six bath towels, six hand towels, six wash cloths and a makeup wash cloth for each bathroom. There are twin custom bunkbeds each with its own television. We have new queen sleeper sofa. This condo is extremely spacious and comfortable.

This condo is equipped with a full master bathroom and full guest bathroom. In our guest bathroom we have added a gorgeous frameless shower that adds to our beautiful upscale look. Each bathroom is well stocked with six bath towels, six hand towels, six wash cloths and a makeup wash cloth. Along with a complimentary set of shampoo, cream rinse, body wash, lotion, face bar and hand soap. We also put out four rolls of toilet paper.

We have also recently added beautiful new vinyl floor throughout entire condo for extra comfort.

The Pelican Beach Resort amenities rival the best with THREE POOLS, one of which is indoor/outdoor. We have the first Zero Entry Pool in Destin! We also have TWO HOT-TUBS a twenty man and an eight man, tennis courts, basketball, pickle ball, EV CHARGERS, and a newly renovated fitness center with sauna room.

We also have a tiki bar by the pool and beach, with an onsite cafe and sundry shop. There is a large sundeck around the Zero entry pool for catching some rays.

Our resort is conveniently located in the heart of Destin with the best restaurants and shopping, children’s activities, water-sports and a vibrant nightlife.
We do not provide beach towels.

NO animals allowed in this unit, this is not a pet friendly resort. This includes ESAs animals. If you have a service animal and plan to book our unit, please be aware that there will be an extra $500.00 cleaning fee. We have to make sure everyone has a safe stay in our condo. No smoking in the condo or on the balcony this will result in a $500.00 fee plus eviction. we have two designated smoking areas at the resort. We do suggest that you take out travel insurance.
