Host was very responsive. The house was just perfect for us and our two daughters. The home was very clean and maintained. Great neighborhood. Golf cart was nice to have as well. We would definately stay here again and recommend it for anyone.

Very clean! Also a very peaceful atmosphere, plus the golf cart was a nice touch being right next to the beach! I would 100% recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice beach home to vacation at.

I had the pleasure of staying at this home during my vacation in Destin, Florida this summer, and it was truly an excellent experience. The house was immaculately clean and clearly very well taken care of—everything felt fresh, tidy, and comfortable from the moment we arrived.The location couldn’t have been more convenient. It was just a short walk to the beach and close to everything else you'd want to do in Destin—restaurants, shopping, activities, and more were all within easy reach.I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner a few times during our stay, and he was incredibly helpful and responsive. It’s always reassuring to know that if you need anything, you have someone who genuinely cares and is easy to reach.I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. It made our trip stress-free and enjoyable—just the way a vacation should be!

Don’t believe it

The listing was misleading and fell short of our expectations. To start, based on the listing of a huge table with seating for 6, my son and daughter-in-law, expected to work remotely. They could not. Also, this was an annual family trip of members who live in different parts of the country; at the least we wanted to eat together. The table seats 4 ONLY with no way to extend.Deck was described as huge, only enough room again with a table for 4 and no additional seating available.Yard described as beautifully landscaped, no landscaping noted. Dishwasher broke during our stay. Not fixed for 36 hours. Not enough soap for the dishwasher, not listed as item we needed to supply.Also soap and shampoo were listed as amenities for the showers, none in either bathroom.

Great location and such a cute home!

The home was clean and the decor was so very cute. The house had all we needed. The home was a 5 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood was so adorable and peaceful. I highly recommend. The only critique I could give is the backyard needs a landscape update.

Had a wonderful week with our grandchildren in this cottage. My granddaughter loved the swings both on the porch and in the yard. Love the deco and location. Short drive in the golf cart to the beach. Will definitely be back next year

Fantastic Destin House

David you were a fantastic host and the home is beautiful and located in such a great spot. The golf cart was such a bonus and helped us from having to walk to the beach and to close restaurants. Destin's water is probably the prettiest I've seen since Jamaica and I've stayed in other places in Florida and this tops it. The Tiki Boat Cruise was awesome and we all finally got to see dolphins, so beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the hospitality.

Quiet neighborhood

We have stayed in this same neighborhood for more then 10 years. Plenty of places to visit ,eat, and shop. Being from Ohio weather is always a surprise, and it is always a pause to laugh when we see someone bundled up for cold weather when its 65 degrees outside!

A New Year’s Blast

Perfect accommodations for our family

This cute little house was the perfect location, beautifully clean accommodation for our family. The fenced in front and back yard was just right for the dog to stay contained . We could walk to the beach and the small neighborhood was gorgeous and not on the busy roads. Defiantly recommend and hope to be back. Thank you!

Perfect Beach Getaway

It started with the immediate and kind response from the owners when I inquired about the property and ended with us extremely thankful to the Owners for allowing our special request with our 4 legged family members and helping to making our vacation exactly as we had been dreaming! For the actual stay: 1 block from beach, which is stunning, one block from Camilles which is and ocenside restaurant with literally the best cheeseburgee ive ever had - both as well as other shopping and dining options are equally accessible by utilizing the golf cart which is included! If we could for sure book this place everytime we're down there i would do that in a heartbeat! More amazing stuff if you ask me :)

Great Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was more than we needed for just 2 of us plus our dog. The proximity to the beach was just a few blocks and the golf cart was a huge plus to haul our beach chairs, etc. The fenced-in yard was awesome - allowing Finn to roam while we enjoyed the porch swing. It is also close to restaurants and shopping. Check-in & out was super easy and host was quick to respond to questions.
