Fabulous, great location, very clean, beach was most beautiful. They have a laundry area that was clean. Overall whole building and gounds were a 10/10!! We will be back!

Amazing View

The condo was very clean and well furnished. It had a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The beach set up included two chairs and an umbrella, which was provided daily for no extra charge. The building was in a quiet neighborhood, off the main road. You will need to drive if you plan on going out to eat or do local activities, besides visiting the beach.

Nice visit but poor communication

We just finished staying at this location for the first time after usually staying near Sandestin area. The room was for the most part pretty solid, great views of the ocean! If you are looking for a sunset view, unfortunately this condo doesn't provide that view. Upgraded kitchen and living room area, however, the bedroom and bathroom definitely need an upgrade. The bathroom doesn't even have a toilet paper holder.My biggest concern was lack of communication from management. We checked in on Saturday and didn't know that evening they would be coming by to swap out the modem/cable for the room. It wasn't until one of our family members was startled on Saturday evening by four men wanting to come in and do their work, they told her we were notified and received an email that day. She asked if they could come back on Sunday since she didn't feel comfortable by herself. The next morning on Sunday I received a text that were first on the list to get the work done (lucky us on our first morning to get interrupted), I asked if they could come later and they said ok. When we came back, the work was done but they didn't lock the door behind them.After mentioning this to the management, they said we were notified on that day and a few days earlier, we weren't. I can respect the work that has to be done but it would have been nice to know when they were coming.We'll come back and enjoy the beautiful views, just not sure if it will be here.

Nice view of the beach !

This condo just needs a few upgrades. The kitchen has been updated but the bathroom desperately needs to be done. The air unit is very loud when it turns on. New paint wouldn’t hurt but our stay consistent mainly on the beach and that was beautiful!

Beautiful location

Overall the place was wonderful! Only complaint was the bathroom had some mold in the grout that made the bathroom look dirty. However, the condo otherwise was very clean and comfortable! The view of the beach was great! All the staff were also very kind!

Vacation 2023

I thought this condo was a good fit for my partner and I. I loved how close it was to the beach. We were able to rent a umbrella and two beach chairs all included. It was close to all the stores and restaurants. It was reasonable priced as well.

Perfect Getaway

This property is right on the beach. You can walk from your room to the beach in 3 minutes. The property is clean and well kept. The staff are friendly. The location is perfect—-just a short drive to restaurants. We have stayed at this property twice and hopefully will stay many more times!

Ready to go back

We had such a wonderful time. The location could not be any better, far enough from the craziness of the strip but not too far and right on the beach. I was already looking at going back before we made it home. As some of the others said, some of the decor in our unit was a bit dated but I just expect that with a beach home. The bed was a little rough and could probably be updated. The room was clean-just a little bit of sand here and there but again... its on the beach so kind of expected. The linen exchange was twice per week and laundry facilities on site if needed outside of that. The front desk was awesome and helpful when needed; as well as other residents and guests. The pool was beautiful and quite big. Every single room has an ocean view which is beautiful. There were tennis courts and shuffle board that were all well kept as well, we just don't play. I would definitely recommend Holiday Surf and Racquet as well as our room host (rm 609) Like I said we will be back in the future for sure. Thanks everyone for the kindness

Nice location older unit

Condo is an older unit-could use some cosmetic work on the ceilings and bathroom area. Very disappointed in the amount of “smoking” going on outside the balcony. I’m all for a good time but all day and most of the night is a little excessive. The staff in the office are super friendly:) Unit had 1 blanket and it should probably be thrown away.
