The location and view were perfect. What a great place. My eife and I had a beautiful time and really the restaurants in the area were exceptional. I would highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect for sipping our morning coffee. We were even able to spot dolphins!! The resort itself is secure and close to everything in Destin. 10 out of 10 would recommend and hope to return soon.

The view was great. It was wonderful to have a second bathroom. It was great to be right on the beach and have a private beach as part of our resort. The water is beautiful and there is lots to do and the food is absolutely wonderful.

We had a great time at this resort. The pool area was great for our 1 and 4 year old. The tiki bar had great drinks. The cafe had good breakfast. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. The condo definitely could use some updating but that doesn't bother us too much. The primary bedroom is pretty small. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect place to stay for a couple to stay. View from the deck of the beach is pure Serenity as it is a beachfront location. I would rent again. Minor issue with the shower head in the alternate bathroom, probably needs to be changed, but everything else is good

The property had excellent views of the water and the staff were very nice. the unit was very outdated and not well maintained. the balcony looked like it was not cleaned in quite some time. Pigeons had taken up residence and there was bird feces everywhere. couldn't sit on patio furniture.

Happiest place on earth!

This was my third time to visit Deatin but my first time to book through VRBO. Everything was as amazing as it could be! From the beautiful room all the way to the view! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and Greg and Missy were wonderful people to work with! I recommend it 10/10!

The beach at the condo was beautiful! The condo wasn’t the greatest. Bathrooms were very small and the condo had a musty smell. But overall for the price I would probably stay there again, just not with more than a couple people.

Great condo

Amazing view, kitchen was perfect, kids (8&10) loved the bunk beds. 3 different pools with hot tubs, walk out to the beach. I wish they provided beach towels for those traveling in out of town but it says that in the listing I think. But expect to buy beach towels about 15-20 per towel.

What a view!

Beautiful view from the balcony. Pool and beach were 1st class. Very convenient property in all ways. Just a few updates would give this property an outstanding rating: pots & pans, dishwasher, 2nd bathroom shower head could all be updated. But I highly recommend this property if you love the gulf and the pool.

Great stay!

Check in was easy and the condo was right on the beach. The view was spectacular. Only tiny complaint was the shower didn’t have great water pressure. Honestly, that’s the only complaint. It was wonderful staying here.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed for the month of February as our first snowbird trip. The condo was everything we expected, the view was of the highest grade, with no major issues and Missy and Greg were friendly and pleasant to deal with! The Pelican Beach Resort is an excellent place to stay in Destin. It has been around since my own parents were snowbirds, and our families have not found another place in Destin where we would rather stay. Bring some binoculars to watch the dolphins and all the other marine wildlife from your balcony!
