Perfect beach view! Balcony was perfect to start the day listening to the waves, reading a book with a cup of coffee. Check-in at the front desk was smooth. Condo was clean. Only thing missing was tissues but that was an easy pickup at the grocery store. Both pools were nice. Being able to book beach chairs and umbrella in advance was convenient.

This is our second time at Pelican and both times we stayed in this condo. Love the spot and the view. Hosts are great and the condo is as advertised. If I had any complaints, there is only one small hottub open after dark, and even though towels are not allowed to hold a pool chair, everyone does. No one is at the pool at 10 AM, yet there was a towel on every chair. The resort could do a better job enforcing the rules.

Stayed here for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Listing was accurate. The owners communicated quickly qhen i had questions prior to booking. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

This clean and well-equipped unit provided everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The one-bedroom unit is well-suited for families with children, as it has bunk beds in the hallway. While the pull-out sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, I didn’t mind since I could enjoy the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that graced our mornings. My friend, on the other hand, found the main bed to be one of the most comfortable she’s ever slept on. A laundry room is just a short walk down the hall from the unit. We appreciated the hassle-free check-in and check-out process. The lobby was conveniently stocked with carts, making it easy to transport our groceries and luggage to our units. Additionally, we appreciated the building’s security measures. Upon checking in at the gate and lobby, you’re free to proceed as long as you have your parking tag securely attached to your car. Our balcony offered stunning views of the beach and the ocean. The complex also boasted a heated pool, hot tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, steam room, and sauna, which were added bonuses. Make sure you bring beach towels as these are not provided in the unit. There was an area with some beach toys. Conveniently situated near Target and a variety of shopping options, we were within minutes of most restaurants. If you’re a seafood lover, you’ll be delighted to find numerous seafood restaurants catering to different budgets.

The room and location was nice. Was unsure of Check in and it would have been better to just to have the check in instructions within the app, it was difficult to locate on a scrambled search in my email. Would have been nice to have some starter k-cup pods, beach towels for the pool and couple cozy lounge blankets.The bed is super firm and did not sleep well. The pools, beach, room and location were great.

We had an amazing time! The condo was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect for sipping our morning coffee. We were even able to spot dolphins!! The resort itself is secure and close to everything in Destin. 10 out of 10 would recommend and hope to return soon.

The view was great. It was wonderful to have a second bathroom. It was great to be right on the beach and have a private beach as part of our resort. The water is beautiful and there is lots to do and the food is absolutely wonderful.

We had a great time at this resort. The pool area was great for our 1 and 4 year old. The tiki bar had great drinks. The cafe had good breakfast. The proximity to the beach is wonderful. The condo definitely could use some updating but that doesn't bother us too much. The primary bedroom is pretty small. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Perfect place to stay for a couple to stay. View from the deck of the beach is pure Serenity as it is a beachfront location. I would rent again. Minor issue with the shower head in the alternate bathroom, probably needs to be changed, but everything else is good

The property had excellent views of the water and the staff were very nice. the unit was very outdated and not well maintained. the balcony looked like it was not cleaned in quite some time. Pigeons had taken up residence and there was bird feces everywhere. couldn't sit on patio furniture.
