Really enjoyed staying at the property, enjoyed how open and spacious it was and the balcony’s view of the pool!Overall everything was great and would recommend to anyway looking for a great relaxing place that’s only a small walk to the beach. Also, loved that the owner provided plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella and was easy to communicate with.The property ground did have construction going on during our stay by the pool and along the path which was the quickest route to the beach, that and a few lights being inoperative inside the property, stains in the carpet upstairs and trying to get our parking passes at the security gate entrance were the only *small* negatives.Would definitely recommend though!

Great Location

This was a great condo. The pictures were exactly what they looked like. The location is less than a minute away from the beach. We were close to lot of restaurants and activities-you can Uber for low cost too. There is construction going on with the condos across from us but it didn’t bother anyone. The coffee machine broke and James had one delivered to us the next day. There is also a keurig machine as well.

Family Vacation

My family goes to the beach every summer. I have always wanted to stay at the Aegean and I was so happy to find a place this year. This year my husband and I had 3 of our boys with us and one of their girlfriends. We all LOVED this condo! I loved that there was an actual pantry in the kitchen to put food in. I would recommend a larger garbage can for the kitchen. I felt like we were taking out garbage every day. The furniture was comfortable & we loved the round dining table. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for quick beach access

We had an amazing time. Property is right on the beach, so we had just a 2 minute walk to get to our spots on the beach everyday. Conveniently located with quick access to all the things we wanted to do in Destin. Very quiet complex. Lots of construction going on, but that was contained to weekdays during business hours. Would stay again.

Family vacation

We had a great vacation. We loved the condo and especially loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 plus bathrooms and a tv in every bedroom. It was perfect! Jim was responsive to all our needs and we made the best of a few hiccups along the way. The pool was warm and the view from the deck was great! Thanks for a wonderful time!

Loved our stay in Destin!

We were so pleased with everything. We took our kids and grands for a get away at the Gulf and had the best time on the beach and relaxing in the condo in the evenings. We would highly recommend it to friends. Thank you for providing this delightful home away!

The condo was very clean and nice upon arrival. Check in was very quick and easy. What you see on the VRBO listing is what ya get! First time to Destin

We had a great stay at the The Aegean complex. Being so close to the beach was such a perk! The condo was large enough to accommodate our 3 families. The beach buggy and umbrella and chairs were great for the beach. We spent every morning eating breakfast on the balcony. The pool was also a hit for our 2 year old granddaughter. When the air went out later in the week, Jim was quick to get someone out to fix it!! Plenty of space here and the grounds are lovely! Jim is a great owner and responds quickly to any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!!!

Destin vacation

We have stayed at aagean numerous times over last five years. Feel like they need someone to monitor the pool better too many people that were not staying on site we’re using the pool and over crowded. Several families commented that they had over the limit allowed 15+ staying in one unit. Became very crowded not the usual.

This is our second time to stay at this condo & our sixth time to stay at the Aegean. We love it. The layout of the condo and the cleanliness are great. The wagon for the beach that was provided by the owner of the condo was a lifesaver. Devon provided the best beach we have ever experienced. This is a great place to stay.
