  • Top floor (7th) end unit CLOSEST to the Beach, so close you can hear the crashing waves and feel the sea salty breeze!

    Holiday Surf 701 has tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms with carpet in the living room and bedrooms. The unit sleeps 6 with a King bed in the master, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The Family room and master bedroom are ocean front with balcony. Even the guest room has a fabulous view of the beach!
    Featuring a 42" flat screen TV in living room and flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and complimentary WIFI. The living room also has a DVD player to watch your complimentary DVD now movies from the lobby kiosk!

    Holiday Surf 701 has been nicely updated with a fresh kitchen including both a K-cup and Drip Coffeemaker for your enjoyment, as well as new master bedroom furniture including a new Sealy mattress. The guest room also has new luxury foam mattresses for the ultimate in comfort.

    You have the most spectacular view of the sparkling waters of The Gulf of Mexico, along with the beautiful Emerald Coast beaches that stretch for miles from 701!

The Perfect Beach Condo

We had an amazing time, with the most beautiful beach in the States, in the best condo building we always stay in. This particular unit was the best one we've stayed in!

Great place to stay

This property was really good. It is gated, all amenities are awesome, building is clean, condo was clean and had an amazing view front and back. Customer service desk, everyone was friendly and all of our questions were answered. We will stay there again for sure.

We have been staying at this property for the past 2 years and planning on doing it every year, we always try to get the same unit. Love the place, the view, the people. I highly recommend it. The personel also great people to accomodate your needs and fix any issues you have.

Perfect Spot!

We had to book this location last minute and it was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great, the view is amazing and we enjoyed all of the services of the building. I fixed dinner almost every night and was surprised at well stocked the kitchen was. It made cooking a lot easier. We will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property

Our stay was great. This property and the beach are smoke free. Great for some but not advertised. I’m sure most visitors are smoke free and great for them. Again, the property is beautiful but it doesn’t advertise the laws of being a smoker.

Destin holiday

Location was great, beach access was awesome. The room could use some updating but was fine overall. Complaint was the acces to our room from the one elevator location. It was quite a walk outside but there were carts to utilize for transporting groceries etc.

Amazing, simply amazing!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. From the beautiful views of the beach and water. The staff was super friendly and helpful! We were having some issues figuring out the TVs and the gentleman at the front desk came up and showed us how to fix the issue. Mr. Wayne was the sweetest! Starting off the day with his smile and places to go and see while we were there! Overall, it was just amazing!

Everyone who worked there was so helpful. Our flights were very late arriving. Stephen (the night manager) was like an angel in the night. He was so pleasant and helpful. It was just a pleasure to be greeted by him. The complementary beach service was incredible. We just loved our stay and are planning to go back soon

overall got the job done

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My most major complaint would be that i had issues with my AC unit 3 different instances. one in particular that i had to move units with kids at midnight because my room was 85 degrees. About a 2 hour process all said and done. Another instance was at 8am because the power went out and the AC unit didn't reset. lastly, upon arrival the AC unit didn't work so we had to move into a room while they sorted the power out. Room was outdated but got the job done. Would probably not stay here again.
