Everyone in our family of 7 adults and 2 kids age 3 and 5 agreed that this property was perfect for our stay in Destin. Parking was right outside the unit. It is beautifully decorated, but also very comfortable. There is nothing to obstruct the view of the ocean, and the barrier between the beach and the unit is not very wide, so everyone could quickly run back and forth as needed. The private beach was much appreciated. Two chairs and umbrella were included, and we easily rented additional ones for the week our first morning, directly from the beach attendant. There are plenty of towels and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The theater room was a big hit for everyone. We didn't use the pool as much as I thought we would since it isn't heated, and because everyone was having such a good time at the beach. It was still wonderful to have on site every day.

We wondered if the listing and reviews would be accurate with so many wonderful reviews. All I can say is WOW!! It is everything that is listed plus more. Beautiful home with a stunning beach. The location is so close to shopping, restaurants, and golf courses. It truly is a 5 star experience. Joy Vacations is great at communication before and during your visit. Highly recommend.

Amazing week, very nice place with a great layout. Private beach outside your back door is such a nice perk. Realjoy staff were all very polite and responsive. Highly recommend and would stay there again-- Photos are from the top pool area and right outside the back door--

Great place, we would stay again. Only down side is there are only 2 parking places for a rental that sleeps 13 people. We were able to park additional cars near by, but it would have been nice to have them on the property as well.

Great, quiet location. Parking was so easy and the very short walk to the beach is a great feature of the property! We had 2 families in the condo and never felt crowded. The kids loved the movie room and used it nightly. The property manager was excellent at communicating all the info we needed before and during our stay. The only negatives in my opinion worth mentioning — we were really confused with the pool location. The only way to access the rooftop pool is through a private master bedroom. It just wasn’t ideal for our sleeping arrangements and just felt odd having to do so. Also, in the same bedroom, there is a bunk room beside it separated only by a glass wall with curtains. The lack of privacy in what was considered a master bedroom was certainly not ideal. Aside from those minor inconveniences, we had an excellent experience at this property! Fun was had, weather was great and memories were made… couldn’t ask for better!

Great Spring Break Trip!

6 of us stayed here for our Spring Break…moms and 20 somethings. Beautiful villa! Plenty of space for all. Down the steps and on the beach! Beach service for 2 was amazing! Pool was out of service but we were reimbursed for the inconvenience. Close to VPS airport and restaurants/shopping. Would stay again!

Family Vacation

Great Location! My husband and I take our 6 adult children and spouses/significant others and grandchildren to a beach vacation every year. This was a great home and fit our needs perfectly. The pool was a nice addition! Would definitely recommend it for a large group!

The view will knock you over!

This place does not disappoint...the pictures are accurate and the view is even better in person. You are quite literally STEPS from the sand! There is so much space and so many rooms to bring family with you. It has all the comforts of home and then some. Beach chairs were a nice touch, too! Thank you, we will be back!
