180 degree views of ocean. Beautifully kept property. Close walk to beach. Warm pool with adequate gym with free weights. Kettle bells would be nice. Guards at front gate SUPER inconsistent on how to enter property gate. Passive aggressive if we drove thru right lane to enter as instructed initially. He would make us back up and go thru left lane to access. Great beach service with chair and umbrella. Tipped them 5/day. Hope that was appropriate. Would rent from this location in the future. We had to buy TP, paper towels, garbage bags and coffee filters. Left the coffee filters for others.

Wonderful Vacation

My family of 8 stayed here for the 4th of July week and everything was great! The condo is lovely, it’s spacious and roomy. My kids really enjoyed the foosball table a lot. The walk to the beach was short about 5 min or less. The team of gentlemen on the beach that set up the umbrellas were so nice! We were able to walk out to the beach and see the fireworks perfectly. Multiple shows took place and we all loved it. The condo was very clean and we would definitely stay again. Property manager was very nice and responsive!

Great location!

This condo was great for our girls trip!! Great location and space! The beach was beautiful and was nice having the beach chairs and umbrella available. Easy to get to from airport. Check in and check out very easy. Owner very responsive to messages.

Condo in building 3

When we first got there we walk through and saw that everything was nice, neat and clean. There were very good institutions on what we needed to do when it was time to check out. There was plenty of amenities that we needed for the first night so we didn’t have to worry about trying to go get stuff from the store overall I give this condo a 10 out of 10. And everyone enjoyed their stay.

Condo and host are amazing. The condo is spacious and very clean and updated. It is also in a great location, and beach access is perfect. Only down side is the construction/renovations currently taking place at the building. Different entry ways were blocked off almost daily and sometimes you had to walk round the building to get to your vehicle or pool. Not the end of the world at all, just inconvenient. The Host was perfect and answered any question I had very timely. Again condo and location are perfect as well. I would highly recommend booking this place just keep minor construction inconvenience in mind if you book before completion. We were very satisfied and will definitely look here first when choosing Destin as our vacation destination

Great condo and location!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. It was close to everything, great views, beds were comfortable and had everything we needed. There was still some construction going on, but it wasn’t bad. Overall would recommend and the owners were good with communication.

Great condo

The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The building is under a lot of construction - on outside, in parking lot, elevators, etc. We selected this property because of the gorgeous views all over the condo - but all of the windows were covered in blue plastic due to construction, so no views. However, the owner offered us a partial credit to make up for this. Location to the beach is great. Need more towels - only 4 available and we had 5 people. No closet in master and armoire didn't have long enough space to hang. TV is too high up on top of armoire. Ceiling fans in every room were great and AC worked wonderfully. Kitchen is very fully equipped! Thank you.

I would book again!

Its difficult to see a sign or address. The condo was clean and close to pool and beach. Almost perfect except for windows covered by plastic during construction. Next time will be awesome.

Beautiful place nicely remodeled

Great remodeled condo. Only the construction early in the mornings kinda was in the was especially right by our room. Other then that will definitely be back when the construction will be over.

Family Vacation

This vacation rental was extremely spacious for our mini family getaway which included 4 adults and 3 children (0-13yr). It was handicapped accessible which was extremely important to me since my grandmother was in attendance. Although the renovations on the outside were a bit of an eye sore, the inside of the condo made up for it! We were not disturbed too much by the renos as we thought we would be. It was very clean, minus having hairs on the some of the sheets in which the the cleaners came right away to rectify. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast, as we are a family who loves to cook on vacation. Communication with Tracy was impeccable from the moment of booking until we departed. We definitely will be booking again once renovations are completed.

Can't wait to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was as advertised and the view was beautiful. It's a extraordinarily gorgeous beach and we were lucky to have a few warm days to enjoy it. We just loved everything about our stay! (There was construction going on, but it didn't affect our stay)

Great condo, lots of construction going on

We loved our vacation. The condo seems to be newly renovated, but the three towers it is part of all seem to be undergoing a LOT of construction. I can imagine in a few more months this will be much more relaxing. The view of the ocean / beach is minimal, but nevertheless, it was close enough to walk to beach through the parking lot. We loved the time there. Rooms were large enough and clean.

5/21/2022 everything is brand new! Great 3 bedrooms & spacious.

Walk to the beach & pool. The condo was beautiful & everything we needed. Great spacious rooms with 2 king bedrooms & Childrens room. TV in every room with Netflix. Great views of beach water. We loved everything about the condo! Highly recommended.

Excellent vacation condo!

The property was very convenient to all the activities we had planned. Very easy to get in and out of and within walking distance to the beach. The owners went above and beyond by having the door decorated for graduation and having some snacks and decorations inside…that meant so much to my daughter! (This was a congratulatory trip for her and I only mentioned this when booking, we didn’t expect anything to be done, so it was a VERY pleasant surprise!) When we had a question, the owners were relatively quick to respond which was appreciated. This condo had everything we needed to get started for our week—even an air compressor for our floats! We all were sad to leave and very much enjoyed our time there!!
