Family Vacation

The property was comfortable and clean. The beds were comfy and we slept well. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from our room all the time! We enjoyed the beach and the pool to its fullest! We met some really great people! Thank you Leslie for a wonderful vacation!

Great Vacay!

The owners and manager were so easy to deal with. We got to the condo a bit early and they let us check in! Check in was a breeze with the door code! The fact that there is only 8 floors made use of elevators available almost all the time. It was well kept and nice to be at. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the fact that the beach came with 2 chairs and an umbrella worked perfectly for our kids! The pool was always clean and had great hours for use! We definitely enjoyed our stay here and plan to return again! No complaints at all!

Never long enough!

Condo was just like the pictures. Beds were very comfy and view was beautiful! Check the closet before you buy beach supplies, they have a lot that you can use. Beach service was great too.

The most comfortable beds in any condo that we've ever stayed in. Super clean & exactly as described. Stocked with everything that we needed. We loved the beach service & additional beach chairs that are provided. Breathtaking view. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Building/property was very well kept. As for the room In particular… well it had a very bad musty smell upon arrival. We had to go buy stuff to make it smell bearable and wipe stuff down. Light switches are missing pieces. Overall wasn’t bad. But cleanliness is definitely lacking!! Property owner is very responsive to check in issues we were having.

Wonderful Destin Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Destin! The condo was beautiful and the beach was gorgeous! My children loved the pool and the beach service with the umbrella and chairs was great! I would highly recommend this condo and location. Leslie was always available and quick to respond if we had any questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

1st Family Beach Vacation

It was the first time taking our kids to the beach and we all had a blast. The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and the view was spectacular. We were definitely all sad to leave.

Beautiful condo with a great view!

This condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean and recently renovated with comfortable seating throughout. The location was perfect and we arrived right at 3:00 and the condo was ready to go! We’ve stayed in various spots around Destin and this location was our favorite so far. We LOVED the included beach chairs that came with the condo. We just let the chair attendants know on day 1 that we’d be using them for the week and they were set up and ready for us every morning by 7:00. The beach is private just for the condo complex, so it was never crowded, which we loved! Access to the beach was so quick and easy. The pool is nice, large, and heated so it’s comfortable at night as well. We rented directly from the owner and didn’t have a reason to need to interact with the staff on property, but it was clear the property as a whole was being very well-maintained and looked after. The pool was cleaned daily, and there was security on site. The owner was also great about getting us all the info we needed prior to the trip. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

Can’t wait to come back!

We stayed here in October 2022 and it was amazing! The best beach, literally, was a matter of steps away. Great kitchen to enjoy some homemade meals. Seemed very clean. The free chairs for the beach was a huge bonus!

Gorgeous rental and views!

Condo was beautiful and upgraded. Views from the balcony were gorgeous. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely book again. All of the amenities were great! Loved that there was a ice machine you could buy ice from on the way down to the beach! Super convenient! The only thing that was annoying was trying to go left out of the parking lot!

Week in Destin FL

We had a very enjoyable stay at Sterling Sands. We were on the third floor, which was perfect. Great view and not too high. The guys that set up the beach chairs and umbrellas were amazing. There was a lot of dried seaweed on the beach. Unfortunately the leaders of the City of Destin would not issue permits to allow it to be cleaned up. But, it didn't detract from our fun in the water and on the beach.
