We had a very nice vacation on the beach. The beach at this location is absolutely beautiful. The condo was clean and well equipped. Host made it a very easy rental. If you love soft beds this is the condo for you. The jacuzzi tub in the master is a great idea. There just was not enough hot water to cover the jets so no hot tubbing for us.The veiw of the gulf here is exceptional. This area has lots of shopping and dining options as well.It was a wonderful stay.

Everything about this condo was as advertised. Check in was smooth and we were even able to check in early. There were plenty of toys for our kids to play with in the outdoor closet. There was a couple issues with the WiFi during our stay but a quick reset of the modem and it was good to go. Overall, we loved our stay and will be booking again!

The unit was clean and ready before expected. Check in was simple, and the host communicated quickly and accurately. The view of the ocean cannot be beat! Great Vacay!

The owners and manager were so easy to deal with. We got to the condo a bit early and they let us check in! Check in was a breeze with the door code! The fact that there is only 8 floors made use of elevators available almost all the time. It was well kept and nice to be at. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the fact that the beach came with 2 chairs and an umbrella worked perfectly for our kids! The pool was always clean and had great hours for use! We definitely enjoyed our stay here and plan to return again! No complaints at all!

Good location

Building/property was very well kept. As for the room In particular… well it had a very bad musty smell upon arrival. We had to go buy stuff to make it smell bearable and wipe stuff down. Light switches are missing pieces. Overall wasn’t bad. But cleanliness is definitely lacking!! Property owner is very responsive to check in issues we were having.

Wonderful Destin Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time staying in Destin! The condo was beautiful and the beach was gorgeous! My children loved the pool and the beach service with the umbrella and chairs was great! 1st Family Beach Vacation

It was the first time taking our kids to the beach and we all had a blast. The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious, clean and the view was spectacular. We were definitely all sad to leave.

Beautiful condo with a great view!

This condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean and recently renovated with comfortable seating throughout. The location was perfect and we arrived right at 3:00 and the condo was ready to go! We’ve stayed in various spots around Destin and this location was our favorite so far. We LOVED the included beach chairs that came with the condo. We just let the chair attendants know on day 1 that we’d be using them for the week and they were set up and ready for us every morning by 7:00. The beach is private just for the condo complex, so it was never crowded, which we loved! Access to the beach was so quick and easy. The pool is nice, large, and heated so it’s comfortable at night as well. We rented directly from the owner and didn’t have a reason to need to interact with the staff on property, but it was clear the property as a whole was being very well-maintained and looked after. The pool was cleaned daily, and there was security on site. The owner was also great about getting us all the info we needed prior to the trip. We will definitely stay here again when we return!

We stayed here in October 2022 and it was amazing! The best beach, literally, was a matter of steps away. Great kitchen to enjoy some homemade meals. Seemed very clean. The free chairs for the beach was a huge bonus!
