Excellent Beach Condo

The space is wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out as a family. The kitchen was a great setup. Large, well laid out, and well stocked. The laundry room and extra fridge were nice bonuses too. The large balcony was really nice. This was our first stay, but we booked our next one while we were there. Terrific experience.

Happy place

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Was very satisfied with all the cooking supplies as our family does like to cook a couple times throughout our stay. Been coming to Destin for about 16 years and this is one of the best condos. Close to the Harborwalk, restaurants and pretty much all the attractions.

Amazing views

Listing exactly as described! Amazing views from the balcony, very short walk to the beach. We loved that the property was gated and the parking spot was a covered spot as well. Huge plus that the beach equipment was included!

Labor Day Stay

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It was just the right size for my family and friends. The location is perfect. The condo is the beach and is located near everything. I will definitely come back.

Great experience

First time staying at Breakers. Rooms were large, including kitchen. Extra refrigerator/freezer was helpful. Beach right in the back yard. Weather was one of the best weeks we’ve had in over 15 years. It was also close to most of the offsite activities like fishing, boat rides, water park and restaurants. Not too much of an inconvience, but one elevator was malfunctioning on 3 different days. They got someone out to work on it each time. Property was well maintained, secure and quiet. Will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay at Breaker’s East. Our host, Carolyn, made everything so easy. Wonderful communication. The property was more than we expected. The elevator was a bit of an issue for a couple of days, but it all worked out. We plan to make this our regular vacation destination.

Great Place!

Condo was just as listed and shown in pictures. First VRBO that we’ve stayed in that didn’t give me an “ick” about anything. Very well cleaned and all the amenities you would ever need! One elevator still down (which we knew at time of booking) but really didn’t cause an issue of wait times. Would recommend and would consider another stay if we returned to the area!

Great rental, wonderful location

Just perfect for our family. The heated pool was great on cooler days, and the covered parking was a plus. The condo was down to a single elevator (in the listing) so that was a small inconvenience.

Exactly as advertised

We thoroughly enjoyed our week of Spring break! Perfect location on the beach and close to anything we needed. Only downfall is the challenge of entering and exiting the property off 98. We would definitely recommend to others and will seek out again for future vacations!

Spectacular View

We cannot say enough good things about this condo. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge! The covered parking was awesome. The chair service and pool were great! The extra fridge was so convenient! The spare bathroom is separated so someone can shower in one room and another can use vanity and sink,that was perfect for two teen girls. The furniture was very comfortable. Being on the 11th floor was actually pretty nice! We could see lots of dolphins right from the balcony. The showers/tubs are very modern and nice. The master bathroom tub is very deep but there is a safety rail if you need help getting in or out. This was our 6th VRBO and definitely the nicest we have stayed at. We would love to come back!

Review

Overall the property was fairly clean there were a few appliances outdated but we were all impressed with the room. Unfortunately the dryer was not working after we washed our clothes and the clothes ended up smelling horrible because they couldn’t get dry, and some of the dishes had to be washed again. We also could not get the TV in the main bedroom and living room to work so there wasn’t much TV watching at night. Overall if these things were changed or different we would definitely be staying here again. The location on the 11th floor had a beautiful view of the ocean!

Beautiful condo!!!

I came with my family of 6! 2 adults and 4 teenagers and we had plenty of space and the beds were the perfect size! The condo was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything we needed such as restaurants and grocery stores were incredibly close by which was super convenient. The view of the beach from our balcony was breathtaking! My family and I made amazing memories here, we will definitely be back!
