The resort was nice. How ever I would suggest getting new bedding for both rooms as they were torn an worn-out. The host was friendly. The pool area was spacious. This resort is note beach front but we had a pool and beach view from the deck The beach is minutes away and was every clean. Differently worth the stay.

The property had more supplies than expected. Based on the lengthy list of “not provided” we were pleasantly surprised to have kitchen and bathroom supplies. The check in and check out time was very rigid with no flexibility at all. Pool area was large and well guarded. Could improve with pool side service. The location was great and the Destin beaches was perfect. We would come back to this area for sure.

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room. Equipped with everything you could need Walmart within walking distance. Short drive to the beach with showers and restrooms. Great back to school shopping at Destin Commons. Washer & dryer in the room were awesome. Lots of rain during our week, but the accommodations made us comfortable and happy to relax inside.

Family Destin trip

Condo is very very nice and cozy. The amenities and the pool is amazing. Pretty easy parking. Shuttle wasn’t running at all which was a bummer. I will say that the lights from the pool are lit up all night so if you need complete darkness the master room isn’t completely blackout which was tough with a toddler who needs complete darkness to sleep. Their black out curtains helped but was not the way hotels can blackout their rooms. Music played late on Friday night, was loud in the room. Great place for fun and late night pool fun. Maybe wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for something quiet This is a fun place with a great pool, great for kids, beach is super close and lots of food options super close. But it is very busy and can feel crowded. Service in the resort was slow, and absent. Place was very clean, but definitely sandy on the floors which I guess to be expected no matter how much you sweep. The check in and check out instructions were extensive, but super easy to follow and made sense, just tedious to read. Great place overall.

Room was a good size and a great view from master bedroom patio. Room was not cleaned, front desk wouldn’t let us get key cards 15 mins before 4 because they were in the room cleaning. Host did offer to return the next day as floors weren’t mopped. I took care of it but over the week we were there we found other peoples clothes, marijuana remnants, hair ties, condom wrappers, etc. The check out procedure and having to clean myself makes me question the cleaning fee! The resort overall is nice. Pool is constantly dirty because of the multiple mulch beds around it. But always chairs available and plenty of space.Restaurant is expensive for the quality but convenient. Servers weren’t well versed on the refillable cups so we ended up spending too much for cups to not get what they advertised. Location isn’t that busy. We had to do a lot of driving to go other places. Beach access was hard. The closest access is a private section for another resort. Overall we had some issues but it was a great week. Very quick communication.

Great Vacation Spot!

Great location! Very close to the beach (easily walkable, but had shuttle as well), close to shopping, and close to a variety of and activities restaurants. Very clean and quiet! Even though tons of other people were staying at the resort, it was very quiet and relaxing to be in our condo. Very clean! Both the condo itself and the resort as a whole was very clean. The restaurant inside the resort was very good. The pool was amazing with several different depths from 1/2 ft. to 8 ft. deep. Would gladly stay again.

Budget friendly-

The management company was very accommodating and helpful. They went and purchased us hangers when the condo didn’t have any. There were no beach towels at all, we had to buy those. Maybe I overlooked that in the description. I never mentioned this to the management company. I’m sure if we did they would have handled it. The unit is what I expected it to be. Not luxury but worked for what we needed. The only complaint I have is the building decided it was a good idea to have a band come in Friday night playing AC/DC type music extremely loud throughout the pool area which echoed up to the rooms. This went on until 11PM. Whoever on the HOA came up with that must be targeting a spring break demo. Not family.

Perfect family vacation

We stayed in this 2bed/2bath condo for our family vacation. Pre-stay communication was great and the unit was as described and pictured in the listing. The starter pack of household and bathroom items were fantastic. The condo is right across the street from the public beach (we drove with our stuff, but the condo has a shuttle). It’s close to restaurants and shops. Pros: communication, unit as described, close to beach, large pool, coffee shop and bar onsite were outstanding

The property was great! We loved the balcony spaces. The bedrooms are big. Loved the huge walk-in shower and deep bath tub! We also very much enjoyed the pools and splash pad! Well worth the cost.

Wonderful

Our beach vacation was wonderful. Check in was easy and staff were welcoming. Property was spotless. We enjoyed the view on the balcony. My son loved the pool and we ended up spending most of our time there. Would highly recommend this rental for your next beach vacation.
