Wish the upstairs balcony beachside had room for a chair or chaise as was counting on it per the description. I loved the decor and the lower level balcony but there was a little too much furniture.

Disappointed we also had to spendx. quite a lot on beach chairs and umbrella rentals because we weren’t allowed to use what we brought to protect children from sun. Penthouse View

We celebrated my husbands 60th birthday, our anniversary and friends anniversary. This suite accommodated 5 couples very comfortably so that everyone had their own bathrooms. Spacious balcony with great view to watch the dolphins and drink coffee in the mornings, big frig and pantry . When we booked there were 2 separate beds in one bedroom that ended up being bunk beds. The pool and hot tub areas were beautiful, clean and fun. Walking distance to activities and restaurants. Great experience! Thank you!

Best beach vacation location

First I was amazed at the honesty of the cleaning crew after we left the condo. I realized once I got home I accidentally left my new 20 year anniversary wedding ring! I called and they were able to put the cleaning crew on high alert immediately. They found it and mailed it back to me. Our condo was roomy, clean and nice. We love the location of the condo, the pools and the hassle free check in/check out

Great space for family

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the condo. The view of the Gulf was spectacular. Easy access to the beach. Parking was easy and convenient. Recommend this place to anyone wanting to relax and slow down a bit.

Wonderful vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation. There were 9 of us which included 3 toddlers. Bedrooms & bathrooms were comfortable and enough for each couple and a couple for kids. Kitchen had the necessary cooking supplies and the separate ice maker was a real bonus. The pictures represent the property well. There is only 1 trash bag per can, one roll of paper towel and no spices to speak of. If you will need these, bring some more. I would definitely come back to this place. It was perfect for us.

Spring get a way

We have all been friends for years and vacation together almost every Spring. This was our first time in Destin. The accommodations were perfect since we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for all. The balcony was so nice for relaxing and watching dolphins. Had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Holiday Retreat

The place we stayed worked out perfectly. We had 7 adults, 1 infant, and 2 young children. The bedrooms were just the right amount of comfort and privacy, and there was plenty of space for our dining needs and kitchen prep. There was a large balcony and huge windows with awesome views of the beach! We had direct access to the beach with a beach umbrella and two beach chairs included with our stay. Two huge pools(one heated) with hot tubs were added amenities. Everyone had a great time. My two critiques: one, is that the check in time, 4pm, which is a late check in, in my opinion, wasn’t even ready at 4, when some of our family members arrived. They claim that check in can be anywhere from 4-6pm during the busy season, but this was in November, not during their summer busy season. Also, the large table outside on the balcony was missing the glass table top, which prevented us from being able to dine outside. For the amount of money charged per day this is disappointing. All in all, however, we had an amazing time and would stay here again.

Had a good time

The condo was very nice, although not the cleanest. The carpet felt and seem like they have never been cleaned. There was also what looked and smelled like mold on the air vent in the guest room with the twins bed. The AC downstairs did not work well. Other than that, we overall enjoyed the location and the amenities silver beach towers offered.

Amazing views, great balcony

We had a great time in Destin staying at the Silver Beach Towers. The balcony is huge with amazing views of the beach and ocean. My only suggestions would be that the kitchen utensils/appliances need to be updated (several of them are broken or unusable). The included beach service with Costa Verde was not the best service as they often close down early and pull the umbrellas and chairs in the early afternoon. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean, the other 4 bedrooms do not have ocean views and face the street. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Spring 2017 Family Vacation

This Penthouse is beautiful. The view is spectacular! We would rent here again. My brother is in a wheelchair and there was plenty of room for him to get around. The staff is very accommodating as well.

Beautiful, great location, perfect size

We came with a total of 8 adults for our yearly Friendcation. The condo fit us all perfectly! Loved that we could walk right out to the beach and the location of the condo was close to shopping, restaurants and golf. Would definitely recommend!
