Great place! Great company! Great Communication! Great support!

Yearly family (kids & grandkids) long weekend vacation to the beach. House was fantastic. Listing was exactly accurate. Great location. Very prompt help and support when needed. I’d give them 10 STARS!!

Excellent Location and Great Price

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villages of Crystal Beach. There were three families in our group and the place was large enough to accommodate all of us. The pool area is very nice and it's around a 0.5 mile walk to the beach. The beaches in Destin are amazingly beautiful and I would highly recommend staying here and visiting the beaches.

Floor left kids feet filthy

Kids had to wear socks and we kept shoes on. Bunk on 3rd floor shaky and didn’t let anyone sleep there. Otherwise our stay was great. Pool very nice and clean. Close to everything. Felt secure

Decent but not perfect

Property was overall pretty decent, but their were a few issues. Their was a broken door to the upstairs balcony, and we found blood on the linen in one of the bedrooms.

Fall break

Our overall experience was good but the floors on the ground floor was filthy. Spots and sticky spots. There was a mop in the utility room but no cleanser or bucket. Bathroom, Kitchen, Bedrooms were clean!

Online Listing

I was a little disappointed in my stay when it came to the online listing. I was thinking the two king suites where on the first floor because i had my mother and my disabled husband traveling with me and my family . I also was under the impression that the beach was a block away. instead it was more like three blocks away. but other than that me and my family enjoyed our stay were nice neighborhood.

Overall good

The house was well furnished and centrally located. The pool was fantastic and any problems we had were remedied fairly quickly. Parking was difficult because we had more than two vehicles and so did most everyone else, so even though there was overflow parking it was often full. The house was clean on the surface, but could definitely use a deep cleaning. We were short on linens, furniture was broken and pool bracelets were missing when we arrived. I let management know and they had everything remedied by the next morning. There were several large live roaches we encountered, I am from the south and understand bug, but a good spraying for bugs and a deep cleaning would have made this home even better. Last but not least the shuttle to the beach was awesome! Randi was our driver and he was so courteous, jovial and prompt! Overall I would stay here again.

Clean nice and comfy

Overall we enjoyed our staying even tried to extend our occupancy for more than 5 nights unfortunately the house was booked my only recommendation is to change some of the mattresses especially the one in the master bedroom in the first floor

I would recommend Real joy vacation rental, super professional and was very helpful

Beautiful beautiful property! Every thing you need is there . The only thing that was an issue was we had 4 vehicles and the over flow parking needs to have more availability.

Good not great

The location and area were great. It is a bit far to walk to the beach especially if you are carrying chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and such. Go early to set up on public beach. The house was nice, but needs some attention. Some things can and should be checked during the turnover to the next renter and some items just need updating. Two of the TV's didn't work even after maintenance came out to check them, the grill didn't work which was a bummer because we planned meals using the grill, tub drains were clogged, refrigerator leaks. Management was super responsive and easy to speak with so no problem there. Lots of space in the house to spread out. We had 11 of us (6 teenagers & 5 adults). We all had a great time. Overall the property is good just not great.

Very nice property and neighborhood. Convenient shuttle to beach. Pool is great. We preferred Henderson beach a short drive away for the privacy during a busy week.

Destin Trip

Nice place however the grill didn't work, took several days to get a new one, upstairs kitchenette did not have a small fridge as advertised, never got one. Not much patio furniture either...2 chairs on third floor and 2 on second floor, none on first floor. With a house this size you would expect more patio furniture.

Harassment

Upon arrival was greeted by a staff member with a white T-shirt. She was readly rude. Tell us where we can't park. Yelling She was following our every move. In the village. My family had three house for 3 day.
