Three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 registered guests. The base nightly rate includes up to 6 guests.

Koi Springs is located on a quiet residential cul-de-sac and is designed for peaceful vacations with couples, families, and close friends.

Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. No outside vendors without prior host approval.

Exterior security cameras monitor the front door, driveway, front and back areas, koi pond, Tesla charger, and pool equipment area. There are no interior cameras. A privacy-safe noise monitoring device is also present to comply with applicable short-term rental operating requirements.
