"I had an amazing experience with this host! From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, and well-organized. The place was exactly as described clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything I needed. The host went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and even offered great local recommendations. Communication was fast and friendly the whole time. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in Lake havasu."

"This home was amazing. At the time we went, it was fairly newly list so it is in immaculate condition with mostly brand new furniture. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and all beds were comfortable. The pool table and games were a nice touch. Caryn was very communicative and accessing the property was really easy. We will definitely be staying here again on our next river trip."

"Nice, clean place. Plenty of room for our pontoon boat, as advertised. AC worked very well, even on 114 degree days! I only wish the bed were more comfortable (firm memory foam). The location was not clear from the listing. It is way out on the south end of town, about 10 minutes from the bridge."
