The area is very quiet and ideally located for exploring the surroundings of Desenzano del Garda, just 2 km from the town center and 15 minutes from Sirmione.

"MALVEZZi" features a private underground parking garage.
Access to the parking garage is via an electric lift platform designed to accommodate "standard-sized" cars.
Consequently, if your vehicle is very large, it will not be possible to park in the private garage.
In that case, you may choose from the various free outdoor parking spaces adjacent to the building.
