"The house was perfect for our family to enjoy the beach and explore the West side of Puerto Rico. After a long travel day, we appreciated Bryan's assistance helping us find the house in the dark. On our first day, Bryan found us floundering on the beach, and helped us learn the basics of surfing. We also enjoyed exploring Survivor Beach and hiking up to the falls at Charco El Pilon."

"Great property! Excellent for big groups. Everything is exactly as it's described. We found so many fun things to do in the area, but it was also hard to leave the house because we enjoyed the beach and relaxing there. We were there in the off season, so not really any waves on the beaches. But it made for amazing snorkeling and spearfishing. Beach in front of the property is clean, not very crowded, and sandy. You have to drive to Rincon for grocery stores, restaurants, etc, but it's only about...

"We had a little mishap with this property, but they were very accommodating and put us in another property right away, which is absolutely beautiful. I would totally recommend this. They worked with us and made sure that we were very comfortable."

"Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"We absolutely loved the location! A walk across the street had you at the beach. A little stroll has you at the Rincón square. Sunday morning market was adorable and the restaurants and bars in the evening were all wonderful. It provided a very authentic and non-touristy feel for this leg of our trip. "

"We had a fantastic visit at this lovely home up in the hills with an incredible view! The interior of the home was spacious and lots of decks and patios for everyone to find their favorite place to relax and enjoy the environment. The sunsets were gorgeous. One night we had supper out on the patio--in January! Our host was superb. We were able to visit many different venues from this central location. No matter the temperature - the breezes were so delicious. "

"Beautiful spacious well-equipped home with expansive outdoor space, large pool, and beautiful sunset/sea views. Comfortable beds. A/C in bedrooms only which was fine given the temperate weather and the fact that we 'lived' outdoors. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rincon.
