Minut noise monitoring device is active inside the home. It detects volume levels only (it does not record conversations).

Important note: This is an upstairs unit of a two unit duplex- stairs required for entry.

Other things to note
Rental agreement will be provided upon booking and is signature is required to finalize reservation.

- Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your VRBO reservation.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time.
If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.


Please also be aware of the local 48-hour street parking rule, which requires vehicles to be moved at least every 48 hours to avoid any issues. Thank you for your cooperation!
