Too many glitches
Start with the good: Rooftop patio/entertainment area was very nice. For some (ridiculous) reason, one has to request the fob for the patio and exercise room, which I did and was told it would be left in the apartment. It wasn't - led to a huge hassle. I was told the apt door code would be sent close to arrival date. We had a very busy trip, so 10 minutes out I opened email - no entry code. Panic.Was luckily able to search for a number and reach mgmt co. by phone and was given the code. Dishes in d/w were dirty, so we ran it next day - leaked all over floor. While on phone about that, asked for WIFI. Is there some reason they won't leave that for guests upon arrival with the fob!? Was given one of two possible passwords - neither worked, because it needed a capital first letter which husband figured out. Very few towels, husband found more in washer/dryer combo, but had they been laundered? No way to tell. We made do with the few in the drawer. Just literally a dribble of shower gel and dish soap. Two hangers. We were lucky it was cool out because a/c is right next to bed and sounds like a mac truck. Overall lousy.
