Good Morning,Unfortunately a early check in is subject to availability, in which the team made you very much aware of this. We can't rush our housekeeping as it is then not up to the IHG standard.In regards to the bed issue, We was having new beds fitted in which each guest was made aware of this prior to their arrival at the hotel. If you had to leave within a hour of arriving you should have cancelled your reservation.So on this occasion We can't grant you a refund as you did check in to the room and use the facilities Kind regards :)
