The ocean view was amazing. No direct access to the ocean. The room is in need of a remodel. Bed are very firm and the shower pressure was bad.

Beautiful room, spacious and clean. We were on the bottom floor and heard the footsteps of those above us. The balcony was nice but the overgrown blackberry bushes obstructed our view a bit. There isn't a lobby or an office, but the staff over the phone were helpful. Overall nice place.

Beautiful view No. Perfect view room was clean. No smells, no wierd vibe. I will be staying there again. My and other neighbors in the same building where that there was no access, walking distance to the beach itself. Only bummer. But the view made up for it. I thoroughly enjoy my stay. We stayed July 13th one night Had some difficulty finding it, since there was poor signage and there was construction area as another hotel that was getting a makeover. Once we found it, we called, got the key code to get in and went in to check out the room before unloading luggage. The front was plain but well cared for. However, once we got into our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The decorations were beach themed and there was a table and chairs near the window where we dined and had an awesome view of the ocean. There was a fireplace in the main room that you could turn on and enjoy and it was on a timer so we didn't have to worry about it. The bed was soft and had plenty of pillows, so we slept well that night. The bathroom was large and had a shower and a water jet tub but we chose not to use that. There were ample toiletries and towels. There was a coffee maker with ample k-cups. There was no breakfast included but since that was known before, we brought our own and used the microwave and the fridge and freezer which worked well and as there was not an ice machine, we made ice overnight. Then best of all was the outside deck with a private exit and a wonderful view of the ocean and it made getting pictures of the sunset easy. From the hotel it was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Overall, this place turned out to be our favorite hotel on our vacation, my husband called it a hidden gem. If we are in the area again, would definitely book this hotel again.

First off, the views from the second floor where we stayed were absolutely STUNNING! Upon booking, I read many reviews so I was already pretty aware of the “negatives” that a few people had commented on. There is what looks like some construction and/or remodeling on the property, but that in no way took away from our stay in our building. We never heard a thing. We followed the GPS and the instructions given from the email regarding directions onto the property and we found it with no problems at all. In the same email, we were given our code for the keys to enter our room. We had zero issues with access to the room. We never needed to contact anyone because our room was perfect! We turned the fire place on and slept with the balcony door open/screen shut and listened to the waves from the ocean all night. It was incredibly relaxing! Our room had a jet tub which we never used, but is an added bonus for others. The walk down to the beach was a little confusing because of the construction, but we figured it out in minutes and made it down to the water in less than 10 minutes by foot. We will definitely book here again, we only live about an hour away so this may be our new getaway place! 10/10 recommend

Incredible views from deck and really Quiet and peaceful. Slept with door to deck cracked and slept amazing with the sounds of the surf. It was just a room with a nice comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. A little dated but clean and conveniently located It was perfect for a weekend getaway

Location has a great view, but not beach access. Property in a construction zone. Only one building is operational, while the rest are being torn up for what may be rehab or removal. At check-in time, and not sooner, you will have to call them as no one is at the location. That is when they will provide you with an access code to fetch your keys. We enjoyed the stay, even with its drawbacks. Stay in upper floor if you can for an unobstructed view. Blackberrys are blocking ground floor from view unless standing.

The room was great, but I had difficulty getting ahold of the staff to figure out which room that I was in and what the code was when I arrived. It was very frustrating. There was also a hole burned in the back of the armchair which made the room smell funny.

Construction demolition on most property,one building open. It's Fantastic, quiet, nicely decorated, large room, GORGEOUS ocean view! Fireplace,private balcony! Large bathroom with shower, HUGE JACUZZI, SUPER! Jets were yucky but they usually are at the beach. Some spider issues which was creepy, just older property, it's sometimes a "thing". 1 small opening window. Kinda bummed there were no directions on how to get down to the beach from cliff, the regular area was closed off, later I saw the stairway to the right of the building. The cleaner, I saw once, was real sweet/helpful. I got an extra night after the 2, that I stayed and it was a little frustrating because I was using the afterpay option via Expedia and for some reason it was denied? Afterpay said that the Merchant was responsible for refusing my payment, saying that I had used the maximum amount of Afterpay for that Merchant, I don't know if it was the property or Expedia but it was frustrating, so I just paid full price for the third night up front, instead of breaking it up, not particularly wanted to do but it was nice to be able to stay another night! Great price. I was able to doordash some Thai food and a Safeway grocery order to my room, of course leaving the Dasher a large tip for the convenience and additional 20 minutes drive outside Lincoln City. Nice size fridge, microwave, TV had some stuff, streaming options available but you had to log in with personal info. Thank you, enjoyable

Everything was just perfect for my stay, the room was perfectly set up, view was terrific. Not immediate beach access from the property, but it’s a very short distance to the nearest park where you can get to the beach. Incredible staff and overall lovely experience
