    Admiral 3 is a super comfortable oceanfront condo with a deck and living room window perfect for whale watching, viewing Depoe Bay's Spouting Horn, or just watching the waves crash against the shore. With the south-facing view, it's perfect for all seasons and weather. Located at the north end of Depoe Bay, it's a five-minute walk to the well-known Tidal Raves Restaurant and just ten minutes from all the downtown shops, restaurants, whale watching excursions and fishing boats.

    If you just want to relax, this ocean-themed condo sleeps 6 and is fully equipped for comfortable use. As you enter there is a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and 2 bathrooms. On the second floor is the living room with a view and a sofa bed, fireplace, dining area, kitchen, laundry area, and a half bath. Perfect for just hanging out.

    Great beaches are just 2 miles away or for the more active, you can climb down to a sandy cove just below the condo. The cove is also viewed from the condo. Depoe Bay offers the best in whale watching and fishing excursions and is just a few miles away from historical lighthouses, golf courses, and wilderness hikes. Come enjoy Depoe Bay and the incredible view from Admiral 3!

    This home is not pet friendly so please leave your pets at home, or make other arrangements for them.

Our family loved this place! We watched whales from the living room window every morning and evening. The location was fantastic and a very short walk to the restaurants and ice cream shops in town. The house was well stocked and very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.

So cozy!

We loved this place! It was like a cozy grandmas condo (in a good way!). The location is unbeatable so easy to walk to restaurants and shops and the view is unreal!! The beds were super comfy we all slept so well. Would definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Just a few days on my own! Needed a little rest after a busy summer!

Very enjoyable, would stay again.

We spent most of our time here enjoying the excellent view. Even got to see an Orca in the bay. It is even better in person. The rope down to the intimate beach was fun too. The neighborhood was quiet, beds were comfortable, the towels like new. Maybe not noticeable to others but cushy soft carpet/padding is a nice touch. The updated bathrooms are nice, I even enjoyed a nice hot shower and didn’t have to worry about running out of hot water. The little extras were provided as I had forgotten things like salt/pepper, soap, shampoo. Perfect walking distance to Depot Bay restaurants.

You'll spend most of your time at the picture window!

This is a truly great place to stay. We saw whale spouts every day. We enjoyed waves crashing on the rocks and seeing boats come out of the harbor. There is a big rope to help you go down a steep path to the small secluded beach. This place has its own spouting horn right down front! Depoe Bay is quiet and fun. Good shopping and Tidal Raves is a great restaurant. We cannot say enough about this beautiful home. We are so thankful the owners share it with other people. We will be back!

Two Nights on the Ocean - Perfection

After a weary day of flying to Portland, renting a car, and making our way to Depoe Bay, we arrived late that night. When we opened the door we were relieved to see how nice the property was, just as described. We slept well, and the view of the ocean when we awoke the next day was amazing. We only had one problem - the dryer did not work for us - but, property management took care of us as I knew they would. We highly recommend this property to anyone reading this, and if we ever have the opportunity to stay at Depoe Bay again, we hope to stay here.

My stay

Condo was nice. No electricity in the master bedroom. All outlets did not work. TV kept going on by itself. Never got the remotes to work.

Nice but not enough

Not infant friendly! Don't get me wrong, great location, beautiful view, great amenities but how dare we even ask about cribs for the babies. That'll be $40, they say. Had them delivered to hotel rooms free of charge 4 or 5 times before. Not here. No thanks, I say. Delivered to us anyway. Is there still a charge as I never asked for them to be delivered? Yes, they say. Couldn't figure out where the switch for the fireplace was. Oven was falling apart. One kid got hurt there. Other one almost fell down the stairs as there was no child gate for the stairs. Good with no babies but if you do, don't stay here.

The view from the condo was beautiful! We could see whales near the shore when the conditions were right. There is a nice restaurant next door with a great view. The condo is clean and comfortable. The kitchen is adequately stocked. There is a grocery store 5 minutes away. It's a short walk to downtown.
