  • Barrio hermoso, privado y de destino ubicado en la playa entre Lincoln City y Depoe Bay. Disfrute de la cocina gourmet y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos, el nuevo spa, las camas nuevas y los baños nuevos. Decoración elegante, tranquila cubierta trasera con privacidad y árboles. We had a great time. Close to the beach. Clean I like that other before us left condiments etc.

Home away from home

Had a great time in this beautiful home. Short walk to the beach, out of cities, but close enough to run to either Lincoln City or Newport. Would highly recommend to stay here.

Family-Time Getaway

Property had a well stocked kitchen, and home was well maintenanced. Beautiful, relaxing, quiet community, with easy access to the beach. We look forward to booking our our next vacation at Bella Villa.

We rented this house as a place for family for our daughter's wedding. We really appreciated the quiet neighborhood. The homeowner was amazing and there was great communication. 10/10 would rent again.

Everything was thought of at the property-from deck shoes to the hot tub down to stair gates for little ones. It was very comfortable and stocked well with everything you would have forgot- enjoyed our stay Thank you

Home at the beach

Spacious house that was a short walk to the beach. On rainy days there’s plenty of activities at the house to keep both adults and kids entertained. Great time was had by our party and would definitely stay there again.

I can't say enough praise about Royce and house. Rhe host responds so quickly and very responsive and accomodating. The large game room was such an amazing bonus! 2 big comfortable beds down there and tv and large couch. The kids set up theirGaming system. Everything about this property was just perfect. There was only one downside.And that's the mattress in the upstairs bedroom.If you have a bad neck or back, I wouldn't sleep up there. All the other mattresses were great.Such a clean, well decorated, well stocked house. The hot tub was amazing! Kitchen well stocked and large!We had a house of seven people. And we never felt crowded or on top of each other. Newer washer and dryer, very efficient. Laundry room stocked. Super short, walk to the beach.Everything was just perfect.I can't say it enough.

Family Vacation

This beautiful house has it all! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already planning on coming back in the very near future. We’ve stayed in several other beach houses before and this house has been the best one by far! Not only did it have everything we needed, it exceeded our expectations and was very clean.

Incredible House, Fun Stay

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is comfortable and clean. The game room in the basement is the perfect hang out for families or if you have younger (tween, teen) travelers. The owners are highly responsive to messages. We have stayed at other Bella Beach properties and this is far and away our favorite.
