"Comfy, cozy apartment, with all the little touches accounted for, and some additional bits of luxury. It’s in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Although it is a basement apartment (with your own separate walk-out style entry), it doesn’t feel “basementy” - the sliding glass doors and window allow lots of light in and circulation/ventilation is good, so no musty smell or stuffiness. "The space was super modern and immaculate. Michael was a great host and replied quickly. Location was great for the sporting event I was attending at Dick’s Sporting Goods field. It was easy to find and easy to get in. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Enjoyed our stay at the Carriage House. Such a comfortable space with everything you need and walking distance to downtown Lafayette. Also close enough to area attractions and hiking. We visited Golden, Boulder, Arvada and Estes Park. "
