Comfy, Cute, and Cozy
Property was great and as listed. Small, little apartmemt had everything you could need for a short relaxing getaway. Majority of restaurants and popular downtown areas are a quick uber drive away (less than 10 minutes). Property Owners were quickly responsive and willing to give recommendations regarding your interests for local hotspots. Highly recommend this superb rental property.

Great Spot to See Denver and the Front Range
This is a cute little spot. Clean on arrival and all amenities for one to two people were readily available. Reaching the manager (who lives upstairs) was easy via text and they troubleshot our TV issue immediately. Bed was comfortable, couch is great, and it wasn't too far of a walk to a few restaurants- one being a great breakfast place, by the way. Unfortunately, we had to check out 2 nights early to beat the big snowstorm that came into town, but our one night there was fine. I would recommend to single or couple travelers.

Denver grandparents
We loved our space. We are new grandparents and so decided to stay for 10 days and couldn't stay at our kids place. This was perfect - kitchen we could cook in, lots of space to work - enough place for our clothes - great TV - very comfortable. Newly refurbished. Easy parking and in/out. Loved the location. And, our host was very responsive. We will definitely come back.

Cute apt! Great area.
We had a wonderful stay and great communication through the whole process. The apartment is quiet, clean and the bed is fantastic! I honestly can’t say enough about how comfy the bed and pillows are - so rare when traveling. It was also a really nice touch having a brita available. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to many restaurants in the Highland and West Highland area. Highly recommend: Fox and the Hen, duo, Spuntino and be sure to check out the farmers market on Sundays in West Highland. Would highly recommend. The only thing I can say to add is full length mirror behind one of the closets would be great.

Great place in Denver
Everything was great. Nice neighborhood, plenty of parking. Also used Uber a few times with no issues. Bed was comfortable and there is a huge tv. Communication with the owner was easy. Walked to breweries and restaurants.

Thank you so much for your kind review. Many guests ask about parking and I let them know there is free street parking in front of the apartment. Always a spot since we park in our garage and it's quiet street. Centrally located and easy walking to so many great restaurants and breweries in the Hip LoHi neighborhood. I personally only drove 200 miles last year and that was only for errands and my gym.

Lovely home away from home
Very clean, comfortable bed, everything you need, and the owners were very easy to reach. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe. Getting into downtown Denver was easy. We highly recommend this apartment to future guests.

Very nice daylight basement apartment
Attractively furnished, comfortable, and we’ll appointed basement apartment. Owner is very helpful and responsive. Good quaint neighborhood with easy walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend.

Great drivable location, small shower
Roomy space for a couple. The sectional was nice to rest on in between outings. The bed was so comfy and giant (king size). Parking on the street was easy. We could usually find parking on the same street in front of the house or just around the corner. The location was a short driving distance to downtown. Idk if I would describe it as walkable to many restaurants and shopping unless you like long walks. The bathroom was nice, though the shower was small. The kitchen was good and had basic coffee, creamer, salt, pepper, etc. The coffee maker was sitting on a really wet towel upon arrival. Not sure why, but we just removed the wet towel and put a paper towel down to dry up any remaining water. Also, you can definitely hear the footsteps from above. We didn't hang out too much in the apartment though so this is better for couples who just want a place to crash or rest between outings.

Great place to stay
A great place to stay in a great area. The property is exactly as advertised in a residential part of a very cool and walkable neighborhood. Everything was really nice and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The bed was SOOOO comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything we needed. Very quiet and relaxing place to stay in a really great area. Received great communication from Dina. Thank you!

What an awesome stay!!
I can’t say enough good things about staying here!! Location was awesome! In walking distance to places to eat and only a 1.5 mile walk to the Mile High Stadium! We had one question come up and Dina was quick at calling back. The whole downstairs was comfortable and had everything that you could think of that you would need. When back in the Denver area we will defiantly stay there again!

Beautiful location in Historic Neighborhood
We spent 5 nights at this Vrbo and we had a mostly pleasant stay. The Vrbo is located in the basement of a home and the owners were home most of the time. I will admit that the running dogs and squeaky floors were quite bothersome at times, but did not ruin our trip. The only downside of being in the basement is that we didn't really feel alone. We felt like we couldn't talk too loud, as we could hear the conversations upstairs and couldn't shower too long because we didn't want to disturb them. The location was pretty good though and we were able to take a very cheap lyft downtown and also drive around without issue. There was lots of parks in the area to relax at and the food and shopping options were plentiful. All in all this is a great location if you don’t mind the noise from upstairs. The AC and heat are controlled by the owner, but they were very helpful when we asked for it to be adjusted and were very nice.

Great place and awesome location!
Great place, super quiet neighborhood with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Stayed here with my husband and 11 year old, it was perfect. Even though I'm typically not a fan of staying in a lower level unit, I would definitely stay here again. It was ideal for how we like to enjoy a city.

Nice Place/Rent a Car
The property was nice. The owners did warn us that it can get a little noisy with them and their dogs upstairs but it wasn't too bothersome. The owners left us alone but replied when i requested them to turn up the temperature a little (thermostat is in the main part of the house.) We had most of the essentials. Wifi was good. The only issue was the location. Especially in winter, you need a rental car. There was absolutely no place to walk to go get a decent bite in the morning or for any meal. If you look up "restaurants nearby" while there, 90% of the places that popped up are Mexican Restaurants. Walking probably would've been treterous anyhow since the street was solid ice (every Uber Driver that picked us up even mentioned how terrible that street was the 3 days we were there). We looked into public transportation and it was incredibly inconvenient. Overall: Cute place to stay Recommendations for someone booking: - rent a car -Bring good winter boots (if you're staying in the winter) Recommendations for owners: -Throw a few packets of hot chocolate/tea in the kitchen (not everyone drinks coffee) -Maybe move the extra tv from the kitchen to the bedroom ( a lot of people like to watch TV while falling asleep)

Hi Angela, I have to laugh a little at you review. Jan 7th - Jan 11th, both my spouse and I were working in Dallas. Our 2 little dogs were at their babysitters house. No dogs! Our cleaning lady did clean while were were gone. She brings her little 7 year old boy. He could have been noisy but only for a couple hours. As for the needing a car - I've lived in this house for 12 years and I drive my car 250 - 500 miles a year. I take Ubers every where. It's awesome, cheap and easy. As for the weather - I travel a lot for my work. I always check the weather of the city I'm going to and pack accordingly . Sorry you didn't have snow boots. I don't make fashion choices for my guests and hope they plan ahead for the weather. And as for the hot chocolate....I specifically point our that I only stock boring Folgers coffee in my instructions. I suggest that guest that would like something nice to bring it along or purchase. That would fall under the hot chocolate category. One last comment - there are so many breakfast choices blocks away. The Universal is one of my favorites an it's literally at the end of our street. Southern and traditional breakfast. Google restaurants near me "open now" and you will be blown away. I hope you stayed warm and enjoyed your stay. I does snow in winter in Denver - FYI. A great place to stay
The garden apartment was wonderful for our stay. We found most everything we needed and the home is in a great area. It was comfortable, clean and safe. There was an issue with the door lock but I text the landlord and she and her husband addressed it within minutes. They were both very responsive and pleasant to us. We loved having a washer dryer to use during our stay. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Comfortable home base
I was in Denver/Boulder to visit friends who live all over the area. This location was close enough to freeways and major surface streets to make moving around the area simple. The apartment was very comfortable. I also enjoyed the good design that went into the fixtures and furnishings.

Great place near Denver!
Comfortable & clean in a quiet neighborhood. We are walkers and walked downtown (~20-30 mins) several times during our stay. If you prefer to drive, it's only about 5-10 mins. The place was great for our purposes! Would stay again without any hesitation.

Great condo and location! We stayed here three nights and it was great! We didn't have a car but had not trouble getting an Uber and we were very close to Union Station (about a 5-10 minute ride) where all the activities we did took place.

This was a great place to stay. Our host was gracious & helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the morning to get coffee and it is also walking distance to restaurants. Would highly recommend!
