Originally constructed in the 1890s, this Victorian multi-purpose home is an architectural treasure. You’ll find a stunning contrast between the "old world"—authentic moldings, exposed brick, and a handcrafted pine staircase—and the "new world" of a Scandinavian-inspired open-concept kitchen. This bright, modern space is anchored by white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, making it a dream for those planning a long-term stay.



    This home is designed to keep you connected, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and a dining table that doubles as a spacious work desk for those working from Denver. When it’s time to retire for the night, the layout offers flexible sleeping arrangements: a comfortable king bed and three full beds spread across the three bedrooms and the unique loft space, which is accessed via a classic ladder. While the original Victorian elements like peek-a-boo circular windows and wooden plank ceilings provide incredible charm, the bathroom is purely modern, featuring a totally renovated space with a dreamy walk-in glass shower.

    Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

    Other Things to Note:

    • Guests will have access to the entire APARTMENT UNIT - Kitchen; living area; 3 bedrooms + loft; 1 full bathroom; washer and dryer; 1 parking space. Please note - There are 2 shared doors with the office on the first floor (1 in the hallway and 1 in the kitchen) but these doors have been locked from both sides to ensure your privacy will not be interrupted in the apartment.

    • DO NOT DISTURB the business/office on the main floor

    • 1 parking space is reserved for you. Do not block or park in the non-reserved parking area or you will be towed at your expense.

    • The temperature on the entry-level/kitchen is controlled in the office area, but they will always leave at a comfortable temperature… A fan/space heater has been provided for your use if desired.

    • Please use the side entrance and do not enter into the office door on the front of the home.

    • Please read ALL House Rules thoroughly: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
