Wonderful property! Safe neighborhood, a playground right across the street. The house was nice. Plenty of room for our crew and fun games in the basement to keep kids entertained. We were about 10 minutes from shopping and food. Very convenient location

This house was in the perfection location for us. Not far from the airport and freeways to get to where we needed to be. Plus theres places to eat and get groceries nearby. It was clean and the owners were very responsive if you need anything. Nice neighborhood and quiet.

This is by far the best property I have stayed at and it was perfect for a girls weekend! If I ever need to rent a property in the Denver area again I would definitely look for this property. Not only was the house beautiful and clean it was in a great location and had every kitchen utensil we could possibly need. Highly recommend this property!

We arrived at our home on July 6th at a little after 4. We then left to go eat and explore the city, arriving back at the room close to bedtime. 1st concert: around bedtime on the first evening, the spare bedroom, we noticed had a weird smell and the sheets were brown. My daughter, whom was in town for Soccer nationals, had to sleep in a room with her you get siblings, keeping her up throughout the evening. The next day I wrote the rental company with pictures to notify them of the stain. Second concert: the following day my girls were looking for their shoes in the bedroom , small room with the dirty sheets, when they looked under the bed they saw something. We moved the bed out a little and realized it was some type of feces. We assumed dog, since there was a dog door. It was dried to the carpet. Once again our daughter chose not to sleep in the bedroom and I notified the host. Concern 3 : The host wa rude, threatening to call the police to have us removed from the property, they went into the home after we asked then to wait until we returned because we had our belongings in the home. We didn't not feel safe having a random person go I to the home without being present. We have them a time we would be back and were prompt and being back at that time so they could clean the home. Once we arrived they had already been there, went in the home and cleaned the property. The room still smelled horrible. Once again couldn't sleep in the room. We were treated horrible.

Needs just a little better upkeep

Lovely house situated close to Denver airport, I just wish some details were attended to better.*many window blinds were missing the stick that opens/closes them*master shower had pink mold growing in the corners near the floor*sliding door from master bedroom to back patio doesn’t lock*bottom dishwasher rack jumps off track when pulled out for loading/unloading*TV remote has a security “leash” on it but it’s not attached to anything*1 dinner plate broken in half & still stored in cabinet under the rest of the plates*soap/shampoo dispenser in 2nd bath mislabeled*heater would not maintain temperature during below-zero weather event—we would set it at 69 and it would return to 62 after 4-5 hours blowing cold out of all vents….. & we woke up to a freezing house every day!!!*Light switch in hallway broken*entry code did not work upon arrival*louvered blind in front door did not open

Spacious, clean, entertaining

The house was in great shape and super clean. We cooked dinner and breakfast and it had all the essentials. We used the basement t o play pool and air hockey, it was very entertaining and beat watching tv.The house is across from a park, a very quiet neighborhood.Perfect location outside of Denver.The host communication is excellent. Beautiful Colorado home!

We traveled from Virginia to Denver for a soccer tournament. There was a little miscommunication for our check in, but the host corrected the situation immediately! The hone is spacious, clean and inviting. The game room in the basemet kept our kids busy for hours! We would definitely stay here again!

Above & beyond

A group of moms had the pleasure of staying at this home for a few days. It’s hard for us to leave our family, and one mom was having an exceptionally stressful day of travel & was having a hard time getting into the home. This was caught on the doorbell & the owner of the home promptly called to make sure we were ok! Thank you for your care and concern!
