Girls Trip

The property manager was very responsive to any issues. We were a group of friends and had plenty of room for 7 adults. The downstairs areas were very cold even with the air conditioner set at 78. The media room could use a little TLC but was otherwise fun. This would be a great property for families.

My siblings and I stayed at the house three nights, touring Denver and surrounding areas. One afternoon we took a break and set up competitions in the backyard with the many of the fun sporting equipment available, horseshoes, bocce, and corn hole.

Perfect for Family Reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion. Pool table, poker table, movie room, puzzles, games, all great for extended families. Appreciated the little details like ample hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms for hanging clothes and towels. Layout and mid century modern decor was an added bonus. Owner was responsive to our messages. Would stay there again and recommend.

Red Rocks Trip

We enjoyed our stay… we had 4 couples, and each was able to have their own room and bathroom. The seating areas and kitchen made for great socializing. We also enjoyed the outdoor space. There were a few small things that weren’t great, no overhead light bulbs in one room, and water pressure in the downstairs bathroom was pretty low. Overall it was great, we would stay here again. Thanks!

Great home away from home!

This home was a great place to reunite my family with two of my adult children living in Denver. We enjoyed the spacious area with many rooms, and had a great time playing pool and games. The theater room is great also. The house was very clean, easy to get in and out of, and in and around a nice area that was also close to Boulder. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it!

Great value

It was a great stay, I did get charged 200 more than what was stated so make sure you take a look at that...It was pretty clean, could be a bit cleaner to be honest. Location is okay too! Overall, its a great place for a big group and had a lot of entertainment options

could not have been better

We love the house all rooms were nicely done, e vena real arcade game downstairs in the movie room. Getting in touch with the mgr when we had questions was easy and he was very responsive. We already decided that what we go back to CO to visit your son w'ed do out best to book this home. f you go there, there is no way you'd be disappointed. Just a great experience

Arvada Place

Great location between boulder and downtown denver. It worked our for our large group and great entertaining place. Property managers responded in timely manner and was perfect. We enjoyed the downtown of Arvada as it was very close.

Fantastic accommodations!

Our stay at the movie manor was great. We had a group of six who had more than enough room. The house was clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, and convenient to everything we needed. The host did a great job communicating with us. I highly recommend anyone needing a place to stay in the Arvada area to consider this home.

It really is a quiet neighborhood. We took nice morning walks to a really pretty pond.

We went for a baseball game. There were 6 adults and we each had a king bed and private bath. We did not utilize the back yard or the kitchen. We really never cooked in the house. We did enjoy the basement, we played cards and pool.

A True Gem

We were in town for my sisters wedding. my parents, brother and our families stayed at the house—13 in total. Ther was plenty of room for privacy and for time together. The backyard is fantastic—lots of activities available. the whole house was well stocked- honestly probably the best stocked VRBO we’ve stayed at. We have a tote we bring with all the supplies we usually need and didn’t have to open it. Lots of shopping options close by and not a far drive to Estes (about an hour and a half). Would def recommend a stay if you are in the area.
