Excelente opción
Excelente opción! Está muy céntrico, limpio y puedes irte caminando perfectamente a la calle principal del centro. La zona está muy bien y segura. Les recomendamos utilizar los scooters de Uber o lift, que la mayoría de las veces se encuentran a unos pasos de la entrada del hotel

Muy descuidado en general, limpieza nula , en todas las instalaciones , el poco personal que tenia no sabían que hacer con nada!!! Al llegar a la recepción jamás nos avisaron que dinámica existía para la limpieza de los cuartos, poca comunicación real aún estamos en pandemia como para dejar los cuarto sucios, terrible. Sin bien existía un anuncio en donde decía que pidieras el servicio de limpieza, si lo pedías no te lo daban , aparte cuando se los hicimos ver , lo único que hicieron es culpar a Expedia por no especificar cómo se estaban llevando a cabo las medidas de higiene, siendo realmente culpa de ellos, pésimo servicio, jamás volvería a ese lugar , asqueroso todo . Lastima por que el diseño del hotel es lo que llama la atención en la publicación, básicamente es lo único que venden , al final sus habitaciones están súper descuidadas, pequeñas y sucias. No se dejen llevar por las fotos es un lugar con el peor servicio en toda mi experiencia de viaje, mas aun existiendo muchos mas hoteles en el centro de Denver con mejor calidad y precio.

aún cuando tenia pagadas las 5 noches, no me dejaban acceder a mi cuarto porque mi tarjeta de crédito no tenía mi nombre cuando si estaba firmada. Ofrecí dejar depósito en efectivo y me lo negaron. Estuve dos horas en madrugada sin poder acceder a mi cuarto hasta que otro huésped intervino y “convenció” a la que estaba en recepción de aceptarnos el efectivo. Fue una situación muy lamentable y cuando hice el check out, otro personal del hotel me dijo que considerando que el cuarto ya estaba pagado se me pudo aceptar el depósito en efectivo desde un principio sin tener que dejarme dos horas esperando. Estoy muy molesta por la situación.

No me gusto que no hacen la habitación estuve dos noches y te entrega limpia la Habitación pero para las segunda noche no hicieron el aseo y hablé a recepción y me dicen que no está incluidos la limpieza que si tenía basura yo la debería sacar es decepcionante

Front Desk staff had me wait in lobby for 3 hours after telling me that I could do early checkin and that house cleaning was currently cleaning my room. Then the young lady Alison had a matter of fact demeanor when I inquired as to why is it taking 3 hours to clean my room. Did not offer water or anything while I waited and knew my husband was a diamond member.

The Curtis is a very unique and funky place. The staff was very kind and helpful (they even gave us a water and a cookie upon checking in). The decor was so fun and different. And the attached restaurant is really delicious and convenient. We were there for a show at Ball Arena which was only a short walk away.

Stayed in the ghostbuster suite…loved every minute of it! Staff was helpful & friendly! Room was very clean & quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable!

I was at The Curtis for an event and it was great - the food at the event was awesome. However, The Corner Office - the restaurant attached is poorly staffed and food is not that great for price you have to pay. Room service? You'll have to go down to The Corner Office and get it yourself. More food options would be nice - beyond the 5 and Dime area in the lobby.

I loved the cute little photo ops of the hotel. It was so cute and the employees were so kind and made sure we had plenty of cookies and water. There were lots of great places to eat and a starbucks nearby and we walked everywhere. We are sooo thankful for this stay and cant wait to go back.

Heat did not work properly, thermostat was basically useless. Toilet would run continuously. Garage gates worked intermittently.
