Whether you’re here for business, relaxation, or a bit of both, you'll have all the privacy you need. The only shared space is public street parking, so please keep that in mind when you arrive.
While the home is quiet and peaceful, just like any hotel, you might hear the usual sounds of daily life—like voices or footsteps from neighboring spaces. If you experience any disturbance, feel free to reach out. I want you to feel comfortable and at ease during your stay.
The home is equipped with a traditional heating and cooling system and a smart thermostat for added convenience. You can adjust the temperature from your phone if needed. The temperature is usually kept between 68-72°F, but if you'd like a little extra warmth or a breeze, each unit also has stationary fans and space heaters for your comfort.

This home was perfect for our family! The three bedrooms had very comfortable king-size beds. There was plenty of space for us to play games and relax. It was also convenient to park in the garage, especially since it snowed during our stay. Communication was great with the owner.

Nice house, loved the king beds in all 3 rooms. Great location. Host very responsive. Would have liked a better stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer but would definitely stay there again.

Family funeral/visit
The house worked out well for us. The neighborhood is nice & the location was great for us. The owner was very responsive to our needs & answered questions quickly. We had a few issues but they were handled promptly & fairly. We left a few suggestions for things that could be improved for future stays. I have no doubt that Jeff will address all of the items as soon as he possibly can. We will definitely rent again if & when we return to Denver.

Great location and comfortable beds
Our booking was the upper floor of the home. It was nice, we appreciated the king beds in all bedrooms. There are lots of shopping and restaurant business close by which was convenient, yet it was still a quiet area. The backyard was big. Only area for improvement was there were a few stains on the couch and both shower curtains/liners were discolored towards the bottoms and could use replacing. When the host was messaged about these issues, he acknowledged and stated he would have the cleaning crew look into it. Otherwise it was a great stay. We ran into a unique booking situation and the host Jeff worked with our family as best he could, while following the VRBO booking/cancelation guidelines.

Just ok
Enjoyed our stay but would not stay there again. We had small children and backyard had some issues. Poison hemlock near the back fence and exposed pipe next to sidewalk that was jagged. A play set of some kind would have been great. Also would have liked to have better pillows and towels, very old and worn out. Needed more seating in the living room and tv service was hard to deal with. Host was quick to reply and helpful when we lost the key.

Not as wonderful as states!
The updated kitchen and bathrooms are nice. The Keurig with coffee pods was a nice touch. The king beds are great as well. The pillows are old and hard. However, there are many improvements needed. The kitchen has horrible pans for cooking There was 1 dish cloth and 2 hand towels for the kitchen. The fact there is no washer and dryer onsite inhibits washing the minimal amount of linens provided for the kitchen. Speaking of linens the towels are thin and old. The seating in the common area is for 4 people. It’s very uncomfortable! The yard is a mess with rusty broken pipe that is dangerous along with dead trees and broken shades ect in the yard.
