A luxury oasis

Sleeping with the windows open to the sound of the creek was amazing. House and property were well maintained and gorgeous. Fantastic bedrooms, great downstairs area, well equipped kitchen and the outdoor spaces were outstanding. Some of us never left the property there was so much to do.

Beautiful relaxing home

We spent a week with my son and his family. We enjoyed the quiet outdoor spaces. My grandsons loved wading in the creek. The house was well equipped with cooking appliances and dishes. The owner was very helpful. We even saw a moose crossing the bridge one morning.

Dream Vacation!

The pictures of this property and home really don’t do it justice. If your idea of a vacation is to relax and enjoy wildlife, a beautiful river and an incredible well appointed home then this is where you need to stay. The property owner made us feel so welcome and mother nature didn’t disappoint! We woke the first morning to elk roaming the yard and deer drinking from the mountain river. Humming birds and the sounds of the river were incredibly soothing. I could go on forever. We made some incredible memories and look forward to returning soon!

This was genuinely the best property that we have ever stayed at when we travel. The property is better than the pictures! We all joked that Colorado was beautiful and getting out and seeing the area was our plan. We stuck to that. We were however completely willing to get ‘rained in’ because the house was so fantastic we would have been happy to stay. There is a local photographer that even came to the house and took family pictures that are beautiful. Our goal was that each couple or adult individual have a personal/private bathroom. We were able to do this. There was not a view missed because of the great balconies all about. And the steam shower is AMAZING! We are definitely returning.

Evergreen mountain home

My family of 5 stayed at the Evergreen Mountain Home in mid May and in a word the property is fabulous. The house is immaculate and the pictures definitely dont do it justice. Large bedrooms with very comfortable bedding and bathrooms are huge, functional and beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked with high end appliances. The outdoor space is the highlight of the property. The stream runs throughout and there is a nice little hike right outside the back door. House is 15-20 minutes from town and several nice hikes. Red Rocks is 30 minutes away and an incredible venue to see a concert. Elk are everywhere! Finally, the owner Kim, was very helpful and responded immediately to any questions we had. She also provided suggestions to eat, hike, shop etc. We will be returning next summer.

We had such a great stay! Kimberly was a super gracious and welcoming host. The house had everything we could have possibly needed and then some. It’s such a peaceful, serene spot—perfect for relaxing and recharging. We loved it!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

This was, by far, the most beautiful home we have ever stayed in. Everything was beyond exceptional. The grounds of the home make for a true mountain retreat. The owner of the home reached out to us to make sure everything was perfect. We plan to rent this home again.

Absolutely Breathtaking!

This home is absolutely beautiful! It is veey private and the grounds look like a Bob Ross painting. The owmer, Kim was so easy to work with. She is very prompt at answering any questions and a very nice person. She keeps the home stocked with everything you could think of and more. This home is spotless! The cleaning lady does an amazing job. We really enjoyed the workout room and my kids loved playing the lawn games the owners provided. The kitchen is huge and has top grade appliances. There was an abundance of towels, sheets, pillows and toiletry items. The downstairs area was a great place to just hang out and has a ping pong table. The home has many large sized T.V.'s. There's bunch of outdoor seating areas with comfortable cushioned furniture. Evergreen is a beautiful town that is very picturesque. This was our first time visiting Denver. If we ever have the opportunity to return, we would definitely love to stay at this home again.

Perfect Family Gathering Spot

This is well within our top 3 rentals (we have rented over 25 around the world). Their home was beautiful with all the amenities one would need. The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, spices and cookware a cook would ever need. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were spotless. The outside sitting areas and beautiful streams running throughout their property were epic. Owners were very responsive for questions which we didn’t need as we they had everything we needed. An A+ in my book.

Great property, just like pictures. So many great outdoor spaces on property - Adirondacks and hammock by the stream, several tables & chairs around property and nice fire pit on upstairs patio. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property.

Serenity by Upper Bear Creek

As a frequent traveler, I found a place that soothes the body, mind and spirit nestled in a cove beside tumbling , clear water. The sound of the water flowing down from Evans Mountain was hypnotic. This is a place to reconnect with nature, yourself and family. A beautiful home designed to bring nature in. The grounds are a theatre for deer, elk, moose, hummingbirds and hawks. The owners pay attention to details, want you to relax and take away memories. They are incredibly nice people. Go and find serenity by the creek.

Heaven on Evergreen

Our stay in the house was absolutely perfect. We were a group of adult friends looking to reunite post-covid. This home has it all. Comfortable bedrooms, breathtaking views all around, large living spaces, privacy, and overall great energy. Instructions and communication with our property manager were excellent. Zero downside. Looking forward to being back.

The most amazing property !!!! And Kim was wonderful throughout!!

We had the most relaxing weekend. The property is a dream . Kim even phoned to tip us off on an Elk herd visiting the neighbors property so that we could walk down and see them - which we did. The following morning we awoke to a light dusting of snow and the herd on the front lawn. Cozy, idiilic , well appointed, completely welcoming— we never wanted to leave and will certainly be back !!

Much needed mountain bliss

This was a much needed respite for our grown children and ourselves. The location and layout of the house could not have been better. The owner was very attentive to details. We could have sat by the creek for hours. It was a lovely drive into downtown Evergreen for take out when we needed it.

Spectacular

What a wonderful home to escape! The house was inviting and warm. 7 adults and 2 toddlers had plenty of room to spread out or come together for meals, games and visits. But the outdoors are were memories were made. Fishing in the creek right outside the front door, pine cone races off the bridge & running, rolling or playing in the gorgeous, soft lawn. And the wildlife never failed to show up. We’ll be back!

Couldn’t be happier with this home

We had a large group in the home, and everyone agreed it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. From the moment you pull down the drive and see this amazing house set amongst the Colorado forest, to having your own gym, to how clean it is throughout, the whole experience was top notch.

A great vacation home

This home is fantastic for so many reasons, where to start?! The kitchen is well stocked and equipped to create a great cooking experience. The home is extremely clean, which is very impressive considering how large it is. And the home’s location is awesome! The grounds are just as awesome as the house itself, with a creek running right through the property. I highly recommend renting this home.

Wonderful Retreat

The place was wonderful! Great attention has been paid to ensuring guests are comfortable. The stream running through the yard was such a great feature. The home is secluded yet easily accessible. Our two boys (ages 8 & 10) had fun exploring and playing ping pong! The multiple patios allowed for finding the perfect spot anytime of day. The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be returning!

Absolutely beautiful.

My wife and the other three couples staying with us absolutely loved the home and surrounding property! The owner was wonderful and provided everything to make our stay unforgettable! Would definitely book this property again.
