La habitaciones necesitan una remodelación, en especial el baño. El desayuno muy básico, solo habían biscuits pre-empacados en los samovares. Había salsa picante y sour cream pero no había ningún alimento para usarlos. No había tostadora de pan, ni tampoco pan. Las bananas todavía verdes.

No me gusto el personal de bienvenida ni de despedida muy poco amables… con cara de aburridos y poco interés en el trabajo. Le falta mucha mantencion y limpieza de calidad… muebles viejos , sábanas y toallas muy usadas.. mal servicio para pedir algo extra .. había que ir por las cosas a front desk. En serio!!! En fin no me gusto.

Excelente
Todo fue excelente excepto el desayuno y un problema en el baño pero lo solucionaron rápido cambiándonos de cuarto aunque ya no fue con vista a las montañas. Aún a si todo estuvo excelente.

Buen hotel para Denver
Check in facil y expedito Galletas y caramelos de cortesía Habitación cómoda como la de un Marriott general tipo 3 a 4 Desayuno muy completo El personal te escribe por correo para verificar si puedes llegar bien al hotel tu horario vuelo etc y te están cuidando siempre Volvería al hotel : Si Distancia al Downtown 25 minutos Distancia al Aeropuerto 30 minutos Existe una Gasolinera Seven Eleven a 5 minutos caminando por si ocupas algo.

The accommodations were good. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially when we had issues with Internet needed for business. Smoking neighbors and loud barking dogs were the only major downsides.

With the very minor exception of the driveway and parking asphalt needing a new layer, this was one of the most pleasant, clean, well-appointed properties I have stayed at in the Denver area for quite a while, and I visit the area frequently. Best part? The staff. Knowledgeable, very very helpful, friendly, professional, team-oriented, accommodating … I could go on and on. I was there for personal and business and family reasons, and had to accomplish a lot in less than a week. I don’t think I would have succeeded as well as I did without the staff at your property. Thanks to them I was well rested and well fed with a delicious breakfast each morning. Look forward to going back soon. Deeply appreciate the care with which every single person on the staff there does their job.

The carpet was dirty can use some new flooring, I set up the pull out couch and it had the old sheets stained with something looks like ketchup or blood. The two chairs in the front desk are so dirty.

the hotel was clean and tidy, however, the coffee maker did not work, the refrigerator did not work, and the provider for their TV was not working the weekend we were there.

The gentleman that checked us in was kind. Our first hotel room wasn’t very clean in general, but when we pulled the sheets back on the bed around 10pm we couldn’t believe how dirty they were. My husband went downstairs to share pictures of what the sheets looked like and ask for another room and the front desk person wanted to know why we were just noticing the sheets. What?? My husband said because we hadn’t been in the room. The front desk person gave us a different room to move into and that room had clean sheets, but the carpet and bathroom were dirty. It was disappointing to say the least.

Friendly staff willing to assist you. I never felt like the staff didn't care they have many amenities, with laundry room that's self service. Front desk will sale you a roll of quarter's to guests quarters. Pretty friendly

Hotel was decent. Some items were a bit worn down in the room. Carpet could stand to be replaced. Soaps in the shower were empty and almost empty. Staff members were excellent and checkin/checkout was easy. Overall, not bad for one night.

The bed was the most uncomfortable as it was rock hard making it impossible to get any sleep. We had to pay for parking which seemed ridiculous. There was much noise from the room above us and in the hallways. The staff was all very friendly.
