Great location, great hosts, great trip!!
Our daughter and husband live in Denver so we always rent a home (VRBO) for the entire family to gather under one roof. This place is perfect for that. Everything was seamless, and I mean everything. We walked to the French bakery and Kaladi Coffee..easy walk. Dunkin’ is also walking distance. Pearl Street is a gem that is not far away..great restaurants. We had a small snafu w/ the oven..mgmt fixed the issue the same day while we were out w/ family. The only thing that was “off” was there were no dish towels for the kitchen (unless we just never found them). Our daughter just brought some from her house so we didn’t bother w/ a request. Hot tub was perfect, beds were nice and everyone slept well. We did NOT use the theater room. I would also suggest more seating in the living room. But we will try to rent this space again in our future visits. You will not be disappointed.

Denver review
The home was beautiful. We chose it because it looked perfect for our one year old with baby gates. If you are looking for a home safe for kids just be aware that the full length mirrors are not secured to the walls, they are just leaned against them. Our baby easily broke one which we will have to replace - So double check them.

I called to explain why we had to charge for the damage. In 3 years of renting the home out with many families and children we have never had an issue. You then left the mirror for my property manager to clean up. I was nothing but polite to you on the phone and you were very rude and screamed at me. I don’t think your 3 Star review is warranted when you told me on the phone how wonderful your stay was. You are upset for damage you caused.

rude neighbors
Everything was perfect bedsides the neighbors. The neighbors were rude to me and my guest on multiple occasions. everything else in the house was perfect, everything was clean and it looked exactly like the listing.

I’m honestly a little shocked because we never heard about it and we never had the opportunity to talk to the neighbors and make it right for you. Awesome house
My wife and I stayed with 2 other couples. Great house because each room had its own bathroom. Nice media room downstairs to watch movies…and a hot tub located just outside the living room for indoor/outdoor fun. Overall excellent experience

Guys Trip
I came here with a small group of guys from high school and this spot was a perfect place for us. Close to a lot of restaurants and breweries. The house itself was awesome and getting checked in and out was a seamless process.

Bach Place!

Property managers were very responsive. AC went out prior to our arrival. I contacted property owners/managers and they replied quickly and had a repair person out the same day. The house was very clean, well-appointed, and comfortable for all 5. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

Great Location
First time in Colorado for my nieces wedding and we loved the location of this property. The house was clean and beautiful. We would def come back and stay here!! Loved walking the neighborhood everyday and loved the hot tub. Great house!!!

Perfect home for a girls weekend!
We stayed here for a girls weekend and it couldn't have been better! Everything in the house was well-appointed, modern and clean. We couldn't believe how big the space was, definitely enough for the 5 of us. We used the hot tub every night, and would have loved to hang out on the rooftop but unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. The house is on a quiet street and is conveniently located to many activities in Denver. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Overall, would HIGHLY recommend and would definitely return again.

Really cool, modern stay
We only had one minor issue and the host fixed it immediately. The hot tub was fun, the rooftop patio was also really nice, and the amenities were clean and nice. Because it’s a duplex, you do have to be cautious about noise.

Overall this place was amazing. Very clean and awesome decor. Just as described. 20ish min Uber ride to downtown. We were able to walk to a few close restaurants. And some fun divey bars close by as well. Definitely would recommend.

Home away from home
This house has it all ! We were in town for family event and this house was perfect. The kitchen is amazing and the hot tub was so much fun. TV’s for sports and music. Note : there is a lot of stairs but we didn’t mind at all. Having an office to work in was well needed and a great addition for to any rental we always found parking on street which was nice

Remodeled duplex with excellent amenities. Well decorated and comfortable, the home is a welcome spot to relax and unwind. An organized and fully appointed kitchen, that is clean and functional. Bedrooms and baths are really nice with ample closet space and the theater room in the basement is super cool. Highly recommended for families or multiple couples. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great stay…perfect for kids…liked that each of us had our own bathrooms…living room garage door was open a lot of time to enjoy the beautiful Denver weather, nice gas fireplace helped keep from being too chilly…hot tub was very clean…spent a lot of our evenings on the roof around the firepit which never ran out of propane. Would absolutely stay here again!

WOW! WOW! WOW!
We had 2 adults and 2 kids while staying just 2 days and will DEFINITELY be back! We were there in September for my birthday and had the BEST time. This house is incredible; pics and reviews don’t even do justice with the amount of details, comfort, and fun this home provides. One thing I really want to call out that as a parent who loves to travel with our kids, the details and things Brooke provided were beyond what any parent could ask for. My kids aren’t toddlers anymore, but I did notice things that are so important; like sturdy baby gates attached to the bottom and top to every stairway! Tons of kids sippy cups, utensils, dishes, and I believe there is a high chair too. Brand new sturdy baby crib in one of the bedrooms that also had a King size bed. In the past I have used BabyQuip to rent these things and have spend ~$400 just to have all that. You won’t have to worry about any of those things as a parent and it’s incredible!

This property was ideal for our friend group. We enjoyed the modern and classy style. Rooftop area, open kitchen/outside design, and the hot tub were staples for us. Super cool and relaxing to have. We very much appreciate the space for the weekend. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Beautiful property!
This property was wonderful! Clean, comfortable and contemporary. The amenities were spot on and the location was perfect for our plans. Brooke was very friendly, answered our questions, and communicated timely. Chance, the PM, was very nice as well. We arrived early, and by stroke of luck, Chance reached out and said the property was clean and ready to go if we were. We were unpacked and settled in time for lunch and sightseeing. I highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

Great setup!
The accuracy of the listing was great! The house was very clean and presentable. It may not have been the pristine of all areas, but it’s definitely improving and we felt comfortable/safe the entire time! If you’re going for a few nights or even an extended stay, this house is a great option.

OUTSTANDING 10 STARS
The pictures can't even do it justice. This property is so unique and able to accomodate all of us in every way. My gradmother could hang out with us comfortably from inside while still being able to conversate with us in the jacuuzi outside. The theater room was very comfortable and easy to use TV. Great view on rooftop deck. Extremely clean and very helpful with the instructions from homeowner as to how to handle laundry...no guessing. No problem checking in. So many thoughtful accomodations other properties dont offer. Even has spices and such in the cabinets and every cooking utensil you could ask for. Had a baby crib if anyone has littles...we did not but the set up was perfect. Brooke is the hostess...I notice she sells real estate...I would buy a house from her and Im still thinking about it because her taste is impeccable!

We had a very positive lodging experience here. The property is beautifully updated and the communication process was seamless as well. The house is located close to EVERYTHING and the amenities are what one comes to expect of a true getaway experience. Very luxurious stay, perfect location for a weekend Red Rocks concert.
Perfect location, near downtown and a very short drive to red rocks amphitheater which was the purpose of our trip. Beautiful property, very elegant and luxurious designs. Top of the line hot tub and very cool living room that extends to the backyard.

Wonderful spacious condo
Our group loved the condo. The location was great and convenient to a lot of food options. We enjoyed the hot tub. Huge kitchen and great decor! The media room was a great spot for an afternoon nap as well.

Never wanted to leave
I can’t say enough about this property. So gorgeous and so many amazing amenities. We loved sitting on the roof deck and soaking in the February sun. We were in town for hockey games at DU and truly never wanted to leave the house. Conveniently located in a great area. Words cannot describe how lovely this home is. ❤️
