Cozy and perfect
This was the perfect apartment for a three day stay in Denver. My trip was a mix of work and play, and there was a comfortable place to set up my laptop and log some hours. The bed was very comfortable (No microfiber sheets!) and the living area cozy and sweet. The neighborhood was quiet and safe with the park a half a block away. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were extremely and helpful when I requested an early check-in. I would absolutely stay here again!

There are so many opportunities to walk to amazing parks and resturants. It also gave a perfect landing spot for hicking and attractions in the mountains!

Beautiful place, gorgeous neighborhood
My husband and I were in Denver visiting our son and this was a perfect spot for us. The location couldn't be better, with very close proximity to Cheesman Park and a beautiful neighborhood for walking. The apartment was all that we needed, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed and couch (you'd be surprised how few rentals have good couches!), and very nice extra touches (like bottled water, plenty of coffee/tea, and little snacks). Thank you - we had a wonderful time and will plan on visiting again.

Comfy and cozy
Cozy and comfortable property on a gorgeous tree lined residential street. The living space is actually much bigger than shown in the pictures. John and Amber stocked the kitchen with coffee, creamer, snacks and water which was greatly appreciated! Very nice stay!

Neighborhood park, gardens and great food
Located in a charming downtown neighborhood right next to a wonderfully walkable big park, the Denver Botanical gardens, and nearby pubs, cafes and coffee shops, this property provides a great place from which to launch a visit to Denver. Our hosts were very responsive. The flat was equipped with everything we needed, including snacks, coffee and other amenities. We will be returning and hope to make this our “Visit Denver” landing spot.

Great location and beautiful apartment!
We loved it here. We wish we had more days to stay! Only thing is we arrived around 11 pm to a street full of cars. We found a spot very close and when we woke up we had gotten a ticket. They street clean that street on that day. Wish we would have been aware of that prior to parking. But other than that perfect location, amenities, and darling place!!!

Fun Stay in Denver
We enjoyed our stay at the Cheesman Park location. It was convenient for all of our planned activities in Denver. The only reason I reduced the "Location" rating by one star is that parking was a bit of a challenge. We always found a spot within a block of the house, but the actual street on which the house is located is very full. The condo was well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. The bedroom has full-sized windows so there is a lot of light in that room even though this is a basement apartment. We would stay here again.

Amazing neighborhood close to great restaurants. Close to a park as well we did a lot of walking. The hosts were amazing and had great communication. They allowed us to check in over an hour early as we made excellent time on our drive. Would stay again, Thank you!

Clean, cozy apartment in very walkable neighborhood
John and Amber's apartment is a great spot to stay in Denver. The place was clean and has a cozy set up with cute decor and furniture. I enjoyed having this quiet spot to myself, and while I didn't meet John and Amber in person, they were very welcoming in their messages. It's just a block from Cheesman Park and everything you might need is within walking distance: pubs, restaurants, grocery store, access to public transport. The bed was also very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/flatware if you're planning to cook. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great stay
Great stay close to lots of restaurants and shops with easy access for ubers. The space was clean and cozy, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were able to be made private. We had a great stay!
