    The Space:

    Welcome to your peaceful Colorado escape. This newly built detached guesthouse offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and access to the best of the Denver metro area. Located in a quiet and serene Arvada neighborhood, this one-bedroom home is ideal for visitors looking to explore Colorado, attend local events, visit nearby family, or simply enjoy a relaxing weekend away. Guests will appreciate the dedicated off-street parking, private entrance, and close proximity to parks, recreation, and everyday conveniences.



    The home features 640 square feet of bright, modern living space with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, and the living area offers a comfortable place to unwind with a smart TV, electric fireplace, and reliable high-speed WiFi. An in-unit washer and dryer provide added convenience, and air conditioning and heating ensure comfort in every season. Behind the guest house, enjoy a glass of wine or a cup of joe from your private patio.



    This guesthouse includes several ADA-friendly features to improve comfort and accessibility for guests with mobility needs. A smooth concrete walkway leads to a ramp at the front entrance, ensuring easy access without steps. Inside, the bathroom offers a roll-in shower with grab bars and a shower bench for safety and convenience. One side of the queen bed is wheelchair accessible, allowing for more comfortable navigation throughout the space. Please note that the kitchen counters are standard height and the private patio is not wheelchair accessible.



    Outdoor enthusiasts will love the immediate access to Ralston Valley Park and the Ralston Creek Trail, a 13-mile paved trail system that winds through parks and open space and connects to miles of additional paths throughout the Denver and Golden area. The location offers a serene suburban feel with plenty of green space right outside the door, while still being just minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions. The Apex Center is a quick two-minute drive or a ten-minute walk, the G-Line light rail station is seven minutes away, and Olde Town Arvada—with its locally loved dining, breweries, and boutiques—is only a ten-minute drive.



    This is an excellent home base for enjoying the Colorado lifestyle, with downtown Denver, Golden, and Boulder all within a 20–30 minute drive.     Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

This place was GREAT !! Excellent location in Arvada. Safe and quiet area. Excellent location with shopping close by. This is a stand alone small home (on the back of the property of a main home), very quiet and very private on the edge of a park with paths and playgrounds, trees and creeks. The unit is either brand new or has just been completely remodeled. Everything in the unit is brand new, and it is well stocked with every pot, pan, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, etc. TVs, internet, new sofa, chairs, very comfortable bed, nice sheets and towels. Large new washer/dryer. Everything works perfect and everything very clean. Reserved parking spot for one vehicle, but there is plenty of parking available on the street as well if needed. The host is a "Management Co", but they are extremely attentive and very responsive either through the VRBO app, telephone, or text. A, I would recommend to others, and we will be staying again. Thank you
