El cuarto estaba muy descuidado. El venrilador del baño no funcionaba, algunas piezaa de ceeamica del.piso estaban sueltas. La pierta de la habitacion no cerraba bien, se.metia luz de afuera. Las cortinas estaban mal acomodadas no podian cerrar bien oara que no entrara luz El sercici dd.limpieza de habitacion pesimo en 2 ias no tendieron camas ni limpiaron baños. Un dua bis dejaron los paños afuera porque no le servia la llave a la mucama, y el otro nos dejaron solo 2 toallas, siendo dos adultos y 1 niño. Muy mala experiencia.

The entire hotel smelt like we were in Cheech & Chong's van. So if that's your kind of thing, I guess you would fit right in. Shower didn't drain.

Place was comfortable enough for a quick one night stop. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean enough. Breakfast was bare bones, we planned to use it but had to go elsewhere.

Pictures online were Not of the hotel! Showed multiple choice hot breakfast. Only waffles. Hot tub had no jets. It was like sitting in pool. Spilled substances all over wall. Didn’t treat entrance. When it snowed. Covered in ice. Not friendly.

Positive: wonderful middle-easternwest-asian hospitality. Everyone I encountered represented the Quality Inn brand well. The shower water was hot and the sheets seemed clean. Negatives: the immediate surroundings are sketchy. There's an encampment in the adjoining parking lot. The general property condition is poor. It's not Arabian Gulf state guest worker bad but if you're looking for ambiance, this ain't it. Also, the bathroom vanity had some sort of spooge on it and there was black mold around the tub.

A main reason I picked this hotel was location and the fact it had a pool for my son. The pool was closed for maintenance. On top of that the room was gross, the walls were disgusting, the ceiling had a mystery red stain (looked like blood), I could go on but you get the idea. The cleaners even have the audacity to have an envelope for tips… Eating area is so small and inconvenient for multiple families to grab food and enjoy. There’s so many more hotels in the area, stay at one of those.

It appears they updated mattress and furniture however the old mattresses and furniture were all behind the hotel. Kind of a eye sore. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. There were small holes in the walls that needed fixed and it needed a paint job. It looks as if they are remodeling though. Over all though it served our needs for the night. They do offer breakfast in the morning which is nice. The staff was nice.

Room walls were filthy like black sut from a fire. Found a dirty washcloth in under the chair cousion. The furniture was all mmm... stuck on with that double sided tape, since removed it took or left a different surface that was not a part of that furniture. (You could see exactly where everything was adhered to surface)Had no remote for the t.v. when I asked,I had to wait over an hour for a replacement that didnt even have batteries, another trip down to reception and I was feeling like I was a bother to them. The phone to call reception did not work 😒 😑 😐 😕 🙄 😫 heater/a.c was a hit-n-miss. My door to has light on all four of the corners shining threw. It was so crooked in that door jam. Room was nothing close to what was even shown in pictures. Now we have stayed a few times before, property was nice and clean. No homeless in parking lot, nothing of what we mentioned above. This time WILL be our final time with this property. Im upset and disappointed,disgusted...Happy Birthday to me!!!

Great value, clean room.
The front desk person was very friendly. Room was clean and smelled of cleaning chemicals. (Better than musty) The bed was sturdy and comfortable and the pillows were thick. The room was not carpeted. The bathroom was clean. Would stay here again.

The site says 150 .00 incidental deposit when you go to check in they tell you its 200.00 cash only incidnetal deposit. The hotel beds and sheets smell horrible. The heater did not even heat the room so we were cold all night. They started cleaning the room before we had our stuff out of the room we were not even checked out yet. The breakfast is mainly cereal with milk that tasted bad. Inwould not reccomend this place to anyone.
