Super cute place
My partner and I had a relaxing time here. Jordan has literally everything you may need there. She also was super nice if we had any questions or concerns she would answer them. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire place on the deck:) Definitely will book again.:)

Great if you want to explore Denver!
I have to shoutout the host she was super sweet and provided us with all of the info we could possibly need. If we went to her with any problems I’m sure she would have done whatever she could to resolve them. The property is nice! Parking is a little confusing but once you figure it out it’s okay. Lots of stairs, I didn’t mind but warning those with accessibility restrictions. We only had two concerns overall and we didn’t report them as we wanted privacy during our stay. The master bedroom’s bed and bathroom smelled like dog pee. I had to sleep on top of the covers because the sheets/bed smelled too strong. It’s especially strong in the master bathroom. The other concern was that there was food left in the fridge, some of it was expired. It just feels a little weird seeing food in the fridge because you just don’t know who’s it is or how old it is. Im sure that is a quick fix so don’t let this scare you away because the property was great! Just leaving feedback! :)

Hi Allyson, I'm incredibly disapppointed and apologetic to hear of such issues. I only wish we would have been made aware as we could have addressed that immediately while respecting your privacy. The previous guests had a service animal, and by law, we must accept those reservations. Regardless, no odor should have been left behind and we will make sure our cleaners look out for such things more diligently after service animal stays. Glad to hear you enjoyed the rest of your stay. Take care & safe travels in the future.

Well-appointed, perfect location
Comfortable, clean, well-appointed, and walking distance to Lohi shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend a stay here! Jordan was a great communicator and answered our questions promptly. Highly recommended!

Loved the roof!
The place was easy to find, and conveniently located. We loved the rooftop patio, especially the hot tub. Id love to stay here again when i come to the city again.

Everything about our experience was amazing! The host/ess provided all of the necessary amenities for us to truly feel at home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect as we were right outside of downtown, in walking distance of many great eateries, and less than 2 hours from the slopes. My only concern (which would just be a heads up) the ignition on the fire pit and the grill were not working. Otherwise, we would gladly and hopefully book this condo for future stays.

Lohi area condo
Location, location, location!! Love that we could walk to several bars/restaurants. Parking on street and back side of the condo in front her garage. The layout is on three different floors so if you can’t do stairs this would not be a good fit. You enter on the first floor and must immediately take the stairs up to the main floor and bedrooms on the 3rd. The kitchen had most everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner. Some of the cookware had to do double duty and was very worn but I imagine most people who stay here are not trying to cook complete meals. The beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths were a bonus as were the washer and dryer. (No black out curtains in either bedroom) The extra fold out bed in the open study would work for a teen or smaller/shorter person…my 6 foot nephew not so much. We did not use the hot tub on the roof top. If it hadn’t been so cold we might hung out there since it had an outdoor grill and seating. I would recommend this condo and stay here again.

Quick stay
Clean location both streetwise and inside, nice area with plenty of food options. Full kitchen and all other amenities you could ask for. Such a nice space, accommodating,comfortable beds, good water pressure, great communication with the host, low noise, did not see neighbors, restaurants close by, clean, safe, and aesthetic. Will definitely look to stay here again next time we come to Colorado. Brought the baby, husband, mother in law and had no issues. Loved it.

Great location
We had a very good experience staying in this clean and comfortable home for a long-weekend. Jordan is a great host and very responsive. The property is clean, nicely decorated, and the furniture and beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we enjoyed the large coffee pot with good coffee provided. The rooftop is a great space to relax outside in the day or night. If stairs are a challenge, this will not be a good fit as there are several steps between the three floors and up to the rooftop. The covered parking was convenient and enough space for our mid-size SUV. Parking is on one side of the building, and the entry door is on the opposite side. This is in a great location near downtown Denver. We walked to several good restaurants and breweries, and enjoyed the charming LoHi neighborhood. It was a convenient 1 mile walk to Empower field for a Bronco game. If you are looking for a charming urban home in a great location, I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent Location
We were in town for the Stock Show and this location was absolutely perfect. Excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. Very trendy neighborhood. Easy access to I-25 and Speer Blvd. Only a few minutes from the Stock Show as well. Would definitely recommend!

Unbelievable Hidden Gem Close to all the Action
Couldn't of asked for a better stay. Unbeatable location, incredible amenities and very clean! The space was cozy yet still modern and a very responsive and accommodating host who went out of her way to make our check-in seamless. Couldn't have asked for a better experience - highly recommend.

Modern, convenient and delightful townhouse
Loved this home as a central base to explore Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs and Red Rocks. Was an easy walk to downtown and the REI flagship store, and had easy, free parking of the rental car. Our family of 4 came in town for a concert and the Red Rocks Amphitheatre was an easy 30-45 min drive. This bucket list worthy place did not disappoint!!! While there are many steps in this 3-floor townhouse, it was nicely decorated, well-equipped with a great Italian coffee maker (and coffee & creamer!), and had everything needed in the kitchen, which is important because the cost of food in Co. is very high and cooking at home can help. The hot tub on the rooftop deck was the main selling point and in hindsight it was the best thing too because altitude is no joke and my husband’s tight shoulder muscles almost made him go home early until he tried the hot tub, which brought him a world of relief! Owner was responsive and it shows that she cares. Seeing fireworks from the deck was a bonus! Would stay there again.

Great location!
We stayed here for 3 nights to see a concert at Empower Field and the location was fantastic. It was close to everything we wanted to see (including the aquarium) and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a really big SUV rental and were able to easily find street parking. Like most urban homes, it’s primarily a vertical space so there are lots of stairs. This wasn’t an issue for our group, just something to keep in mind if you have someone with limited mobility in yours. We really enjoyed the home - very clean and comfortable. It was super easy to communicate with Jordan and she made sure we had everything we needed before and during our trip. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here as a repeat guest.

Great location and comfortable space
Exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay! I wish we could have stayed longer! Great food and bars within walking distance. It was a comfortable and easy spot to relax. We loved sitting on the roof deck and even used the hottub a bit. I would recommend a stay, please be advised of stairs in the unit. It was fine for us but could be difficult for others with mobility challenge.

Great House, Great Location
We really enjoyed staying in Jordan's property while in Denver. This was my husband and sister's first time visiting, and the location of the property couldn't be more perfect. We were within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The house is tastefully decorated and had every amenity we could have needed during our trip. Jordan was super friendly and very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend staying at Jordan's house if you want a great walkable neighborhood to explore or would rather stay in and relax in the rooftop hot tub!

Awesome space, great for our family
This location is truly awesome, it's dead in the middle of a fantastic neighborhood with restaurants and activities galore. My wife, son, and I enjoyed the proximity to the aquarium and Little Man Ice Cream. The townhome is really nice and Jordan left us with treats and a fridge full of the staples needed for any stay. Rooftop patio, no need to say more. If you are looking for a location in the middle of it with all the amenities you could ask for, look no further.

As advertised!
This is a great neighborhood. You can walk or drive to any number of different types of restaurants and or bars. The house has a modern feel with multiple levels. It has a nice kitchen and living area as well as a nice master bath and 2nd bedroom. The communication was beyond excellent. Any questions were answered in a timely manner. The owner made us feel at home with a quick tour and left some snacks/refreshments for us during our stay. Everything was exactly as described.

Ideal Getaway
Jordan did a fantastic job giving us clear directions to use her home. She was so thoughtful in setting up her home for our girls' getaway and made us feel welcomed and at ease. We loved the convenient walking distance to a great brewery, who hosts food trucks! Her home is nicely decorated and equipped with adequate seating, towels, and of course a fantastic patio! We had the pleasure of using the Jacuzzi and it was great! She graciously granted us late checkout based on our flight time and we loved that she had Apple TV so we could easily log in and use our regular accounts for our binge watching needs! I'd highly recommend this property and would gladly stay there again!

Clean, comfortable, close to city
My wife and I along with my two grown children had a great stay. The condo is very comfortable, we walked into the city a few times, so very convenient to both downtown and major highway routes. Kitchen fully equipped, bathrooms and showers were modern. The rooftop deck was relaxing in morning and night time. Jordan was really good, always there via text for us if we had a question, especially before we arrived. Great neighborhood too, we learned more about it during the week.

Great Place to Stay!!!!
We took a trip to Denver, CO to see a show at Red Rocks, we rented Jordan's Condo for 3 nights, such a beautiful place to stay, the property had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need, however we choose to eat out, I didn't feel like cooking on my vacation:) Downtown Denver is a great place for a mini vacation. I would highly recommend going to William and Graham, it's a great Speakeasy in Downtown Denver that won't disappoint, they drinks/food/service was amazing. We would rent this condo again no questions asked.

Better than the pictures!
Absolutely loved everything about this rental. First off, the owner Jordan is so helpful from start to finish and reachable any time, day or night. My husband and I spent a weekend here for our 21st anniversary. The location is perfect (walking distance to several restaurants, including Linger which is to die for). Also there is a pizzeria just a block away that we were able to get take-out from on a Sunday night at 11 PM! Delicious pizza and calzones, even with gluten free and vegan cheese options. Perfection. As for the rental, the accommodations are stunning. I'm a self proclaimed "hotel snob" and there was not one thing that disappointed. Beautiful modern kitchen, comfortable and stylish sectional in the living room, a half bath of the lower level at the entrance and 2 full bathrooms upstairs for the 2 bedrooms. The master is spacious, and the bed so comfortable! Lots of stairs on this place, so if that's a concern for you than this isn't the place for you, but it was perfect for us. The carpeting and wood flooring is also stunning on all the main floors and stairs! The highlight of the location, by far though, is the private rooftop terrace with hot tub and fireplace. Gorgeous comfortable outdoor sectional around the fireplace, and perfect heat in the hot tub. We loved everything about it! (Do ask for good details on turning the gas line on and lighting the outdoor fireplace, as that is a bit tricky). Enjoy! We can't wait to go back.

Perfect!
