Pretty Expensive, but Super Fun!

I proposed to my girlfriend in Staunton State Park, and then I had a surprise overnight party with our friends planned at this cute A frame house. We loved how our dog was allowed, that there was a fenced yard for her to play in with no supervision needed. We all had a blast jumping on the trampoline, cramming in the small hot tub, and taking in the eclectic decor of this mountain home. The only negative was that it was pretty pricy, around 600 for one night, but I have no regrets: it made a super memorable and fun engagement weekend.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway

A beautiful, peaceful stay in the mountains. The house was very clean and welcoming and the surrounding area was perfect. We had a neighborhood buck that hung out most of the weekend in the yard. Very cool. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Lovely and comfortable stay in the mountains!

We had a wonderful time at Kristen's property near Evergreen! The cabin was clean and cozy with lots of character - we loved looking at all the decorations and my 3 year old thought the dinosaur room was the best thing ever. Kristen was easy to get ahold of and responded promptly. The surrounding town has some great restaurants and there are lots of hikes nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance! Thank you, Kristen, for having us - we really enjoyed it!

Up the Mountian - pleasant

The A-Frame house was fully stocked and ready for us. Was more than comfortable for just the 2 of us. The three bedrooms are up a steep stairs - and the only bathroom is on the main floor. Deck furniture is tired and could use some updating. Over all a quiet nice place up the mountian. We hiked a couple of local trails - including the one you can walk to from the house. Was a nice get-a-way.

Deer visits everyday. Large fenced meadow-like area which our dog loved. Comfy beds.. everything one might need supplied. Rustic and charming.

Lovely cabin in the woods

This idyllic A-frame home in the woods above Evergreen was the perfect spot for a getaway. The home is beautifully appointed, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The surrounding forest was very lush with opportunities for wildlife viewing. Kristen is a great host.

30th Birthday/College Reunion

We decided to stay at Kristen's property because it was large and had the charm and cozy Colorado feel we were looking for. All of the accommodations were great for the 6 of us who stayed; we were able to cook meals with the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy an NFL game on the tv while cozy near the wood fireplace. The backyard was large and fenced in. We made sure our car rental had 4WD because the road was pretty gnarly, but we were notified of that by Kristen beforehand. Also, the town of Evergreen was just a short drive away and we were able to visit cafes and shops. Also, Kristen's place was a great option because we were going to a concert at Red Rocks - only about 40 minutes away. We really loved this house and will never forget our experience there and memories made. Thank you Kristen!

Amazing Stay!!

We had a very good experience staying here this past weekend. It was me, two friends and my daughter who stayed to attend another friends party who lives nearby. This house is decorated so cute, it’s very clean and serene! We love the owner Kristen and hope to meet her next time (have only messaged with her). She is very responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend Mountain Bliss cozy getaway!!

A frame house

We only stayed overnight. Everything was great. The only concern might be the stairs to the upstairs, they are very steep and the bathroom is downstairs. We didn’t have any problem but if your not steady on your feet it may be.

Mountain Hideaway

The property was wonderful and very comfortable! The environment was very peaceful and felt like you could spend your entire existence there without a worry. Lots of amenities and wildlife everywhere, with hiking trails close by. Works definitely stay here again!

Mountain Oasis

We had a fabulous time staying at this wonderful mountain oasis. The house is so comfortable and cozy with an eclectic blend of decor that we loved. The owner, Kristen, is so accommodating and even led us to see our first moose sighting ever! So cool! The house is about 20 minutes from delicious restaurants and wonderful shops in Evergreen. We had a fantastic family getaway and hope that we will be able to come back to this wonderful place in the future!
