I am absolutely delighted with this darling little house! This is really IS the perfect place to stay with a dog. The beds are comfy, with great linens and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The bathroom had a roomy medicine cabinet for makeup and personal toiletries, as well as a toilet roll dispenser above the reach of most canines. The tub/shower is supplied with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. In fact, there are plenty of supplies on hand throughout the house from cotton swabs to Kcups. The kitchen has high quality dinnerware, utensils and cookware with full size appliances and a farmers sink. However, the best feature is the back yard. It is fully enclosed with a modern horizontal fence that extends all the way to the ground and reached well over my head. Plenty of room for doggo “zoomies” AND a charming fire pit. The location was just a quick stroll away from downtown shopping and dining. This will be my go to from now on when traveling to visit the Denver area.

Great location if you love Littleton, perfect size for 1 or a small group. Well kept. Charming. Plenty of street parking. Great communication from the hosts!

Family trip

The cottage was perfectly located in walking distance to Main Street, as well as the walking paths along the creek. Everything was comfortable, well kept, and had all the basic necessities. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely return.

Best experience ever!

Wow! This was the best experience I've had in a vacation rental home. The home was spotless, fully stocked with supplies, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable (loved the sheets!), and we appreciated the laundry supplies, the pots & pans & coffee & kitchen amenities. The hosts were super responsive and professional. It's such a close walk to shops & restaurants in downtown Littleton. Absolutely wonderful time and perfect for a family trip. Thank you so much! We will definitely plan to stay here next time we are in town.

Great place and experience

Really enjoyed our stay here. The property was not only just as described but the additional features were a pleasant surprise - the small items like salt and pepper, oil and vinegar, spices and much more were all there. The team was responsive and checked in with us regularly. We had one small maintenance item and they fixed that within 24 hours. Highly recommend

Excellent property

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Littleton cottage. Cookies and fresh flowers welcomed us as soon as we walked in. The home was very clean and well stocked with games, condiments, fans, dishwasher pods, laundry soap, batteries, etc. The bed was super comfy. Our dogs enjoyed the small yard complete with squirrels and a cat in the window of the condo behind us. The neighborhood was very walkable and only 2 blocks to historic downtown Littleton and a train station within 5-10 mins away. The response from management was quick when we had a couple of questions. I would definitely recommend this property.

Charming cottage centrally located

We came on a business trip with our furry children and stayed at this charming house. It was conveniently located to restaurants and shopping. The owners were amazing and made sure we had everything we needed going above and beyond to make sure our stay was was enjoyable.

Visiting a new grandson

We really enjoyed staying at the little cottage in Littleton . It was a wonderful place to sit outside in the mornings and the closeness of the town was so convenient . Would very much recommend a stay here .

Perfect little house

Very comfortable, well-stocked, clean house. The neighborhood was quiet with easy access to area restaurants. Check in/out was seamless and we were contacted to see if we had any needs. We didn't. To address a previous review, there are townhomes overlooking the backyard. However, we sat outside a couple times and the only living creature we saw was a cat looking at us. There are young trees planted along the fence which will be a nice addition, once they leaf out.

Family Time

Had a wonderful family weekend at the cottage thanks in large part to the amazing communication from the team before and during our trip. The cottage had everything we could possibly need for the family meals, Easter cookies, and patio time we enjoyed. Comfortable beds too. Opening the door to music on Alexa playing and home-baked cookies was a treat! Only downside is the lack of privacy in the back yard because of the new townhomes that were built. Too bad. Evergreens along the back would help.

Great location!

Great location close to downtown Littleton. Very clean and cozy house. Master bed was extremely comfortable! Communication was above and beyond! I loved the welcome note and fresh cookies upon arrival. Can't wait to come back on my next Littleton trip.

Spectacular Stay

We really enjoyed ourselves here. The home is very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedding is top quality and newer. The location is great and convenient but not noisy at night. Property management provided incredibly quick help with batteries for a remote. We highly recommend.

Really nice house in a nice location.

My wife and I took our two dogs to Denver for a weekend getaway. This house had everything we needed including a fenced yard that was safe for the dogs. The location is very convenient for shopping and dining. The hosts communicated frequently. Everything about our stay at the house was great.
