Very walkable area
Great location with access to almost everything we needed! Walked to the Basilica for Sunday and Christmas Mass. Kinga was an excellent host with quick responses and always kind words! We loved being ‘in the pink’! Loved having some Christmas decorations as well! We would definitely stay here again.

Awful!
The property looks as it is pictured, and the deck is nice. However, the air conditioning (using that term lightly) hardly worked. On the last night it was 85 degrees (at 11p) in the house, this was after the air had been on high all day. The host was immediately contacted but was unable to fix the air before morning, so we got a hotel. Since then, the host has refused any reimbursements for the last night, they are also ignoring VRBO's attempt to contact them. The host is completely unprofessional, I would not recommend anyone to stay at any of their properties. This has been a complete nightmare with no end in sight, due to the host refusing to cooperate. Also, there is a large homeless population in the immediate area of the rental.

Pictures are deceiving
Although we appreciated having a place to sleep for the night, we felt like the pictures did not reflect the quality of the property. The “deck” may in fact really be the roof. In addition, finding the place was a little challenging and getting into the apartment itself felt like we were in an escape room as there were several doors and codes. However, having this level of security is probably necessary for the neighborhood we were in. Maybe we expected too much as all the other reviews were very good.

They made check in and check out super easy plus the hosts had good communication. It was conveniently located to get around and it was in a quiet neighborhood. I expected it to be louder with all the reviews saying you could hear people at the surrounding bars but we could not. 4th of July was super loud with all the fireworks but where isn’t on the 4th? It was zero fare month on RTD busses with a stop just down the street so we got around super easily. I gave it a 4/5 for accuracy only because the deck wasn’t what I expected but it was still cool and the place was nice and very retro would stay here again!

great spot
The place was beautiful and right in the middle of everything. I have to say the taco place next door was amazing and we could walk to multiple restaurants/bars. The homeless population is something you deal with in every big city so it wasn't a concern at all. We didn't mind the noise from being above a bar, we were out late anyway. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio, it was a great place to chill. Thanks so much for everything!

Great spot to chill!
We had a blast, hosts ensured we had a good stay and communicated promptly to our questions. Very clean and located in a prime area for dining, shopping and entertainment. We will definitely be looking for this spot when re-visiting for some visits we ran out of time for.

Great place to stay in Denver
Kinga’s place was perfect for our three day Denver trip. The location is close to food and night life and the accommodations are comfortable and roomie. Our group is already planning to stay here again next year!

Great For a Short Action Packed Weekend!
My friend and I had a great time at this unique apartment. It's in a busy neighborhood with great people watching from the deck! It could be a little loud at night but this didn't bother us. Everything in the place was as described and pictured. The allotted parking spot was not available by the time we arrived late on a Friday night (not very surprising since it is right off of Colfax and there are several bars etc in the area) but only had to park a couple blocks away and were able to snag our spot near the gate the next morning. We were able to walk to most of our destinations and everything you need from coffee, restaurants, bars, liquor shop, groceries is within a few block radius. I've already recommended this place to several friends for their future Denver stays and I hope to have the opportunity to check out one of the other apartments in the building for my next trip.

Centrally located and great atmosphere
This place is centrally located to many areas of Denver that we wanted to see while not being in an area that was busy 24/7. There are several very good restaurants within 2 miles or less. Kinga's Lounge has fantastic food (especially the pork schnitzel). The only area for improvement would be more comfortable beds. We will consider staying here again if we planned on visiting the Denver area again.

Perfect spot!
My friend and I stayed at Kinga's place for a fun weekend getaway in Denver and it was perfect. We loved everything about the property--especially the rooftop patio. King's response time and accommodations were superb! This spot is located so close to many restaurants, bars and cafes. It's a fun trendy little area that is a short lyft or uber ride to Rockies Stadium or 16th Street Mall--or a longer stroll by foot if you're up for a long walk. :-) You should definitely stay here!!

Perfect Place!
We had a great time exploring Denver and beyond while staying in Kinga's fun apartment. The location is great... easy access to downtown and surrounding neighborhoods... Explore Colfax!!! Lot's to see and do.

Great location and awesome
We were within walking distance of everything! Dinner at Kinga's was delicious. Breakfast at Jelly is worth the walk. Very comfortable and tasteful furnishings. All of us slept very well. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Prime Locations is Right!
Kinga's Lounge had Phenomenal Polish Cuisine! Was a great surprise to have such a vibrant night life and restaurant diversity in the neighborhood including a 24 hour diner that had fantastic Colorado Green Chili.

Wonderful apartment!
Kinga was Amazing. So kind and helpful. The apartment is terrific and we took advantage of Kinga's bar just downstairs. The place is very well-appointed; had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our own meals. The place is exactly as pictured (Fab!) and we will definitely come back again!

Kinga was very nice and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Also, very close to downtown. Would recommend to anyone. Also, her restaurant below had great Polish food. Loved our stay!

Loved staying in this awesome apartment!
Kinga made our stay super comfortable and it was an easy checkin. The rooms are gorgeous and even prettier than the pictures. We were looking for a place that was 420 friendly, and even confirmed it with the owner. We especially enjoyed chilling outside on the rooftop patio. The furniture is more comfortable than it looks in the pics. Wifi and Tv worked great. It is right above Kinga's lounge and it was so fun to open up the door and people watch. Food downstairs is really good. We can't wait to come back:)
